"Feedback Skalin"

Pros: The strong points of this software are without any doubt its simplicity of use and the highlighting of the most relevant information allowing an effective management and optimization of the customer portfolio.

Cons: The strong support of Skalin teams and the regular availability of new features do not allow me to answer this question.

"Skalin : un super allier "

Overall: Très bonne prise en main de Skalin, [caché sensible contenu] est toujours réactif et très sympa pour nous aider à faire une bonne prise en main. Le logiciel est intuitif et permet de ne rien oublier et de veiller à maintenir son portefeuille en bonne santé.

Pros: Ce que je préfère dans Skalin, c'est vraiment de pouvoir suivre mon portefeuille d'avoir une vision globale des clients à appeler et de savoir qui est en position de risque pour rectifier le tire !

Cons: Je pense que ce serait top d'avoir une visio des connexions journalières du clients mais sinon RAS.

Reasons for Switching to Skalin: Beaucoup trop de bugs et de soucis non résolus, un service client pas toujours efficace.

"Suivi client simple et efficace "

Overall: > Je m'en sers chaque jour et clairement je ne peux pas m'en passer. J'ai tout paramétré dans Skalin pour pouvoir faire l'onboarding de tous mes clients au mieux donc c'est vraiment ma base de travail chaque jour

Pros: > la gestion des playbooks, l'affichage des tâches journalières, le fait de pouvoir créer mon parcours vraiment comme je l'entends > l'enregistrement des interactions clients, très claires > le score santé qui permet de voir en un coup d'oeil où le client en est > les tags qui permettent de faire ressortir en un coup d'oeil les infos les plus importantes du client > l'historique de l'activité sur chaque fiche client > à chaque mail envoyé à Nicolas, une réponse rapide ce qui est super agréable !

Cons: > je n'utilise Skalin que depuis quelques mois je n'ai pas encore eu le temps de me servir de tout (alertes...) mais ca ne devrait tarder > nous faisons facilement les demandes d'évolution quand une fonctionnalité pourrait être encore plus fonctionnelle :) Donc pour le moment RAS

"Belle plateforme CS "

Overall: Globalement très bonne expérience même si je pense qu'un programme de formation pour embarquer les équipes pour une meilleure prise en main et adoption pourrait être un plus

Pros: Facilité d'utilisation Dashboard clairs et précis Score Santé Playbooks

Cons: La connexion hubspot qui n'a pas été évidente Le volume de clients qui ralentit la plateforme Manque de personnalisation sur les e-mails
