C'est un outil de gestion de portefeuille très sumple d'utilisation qui est d'une aide précieuse pour faciliter le travail des équipes Customer success / account management. La connexion avec le CRM Hubspot permet une gestion largement facilitée, cet outil enlève beaucoup de charge mentale. Que ce soit pour une gestion High touch ou low touch le logiciel est performant

Pros

Fluidité dans l'utilisation lisibilité du hub d'accueil automatisation d'animations via playbooks

Cons

Connexion avec Hubspot un peu délicate du fait du grand nombre de clients

Outil indispensable au quotidien. Son interface simple et lisible permet de gagner en proactivité en détectant les signaux faibles de nos portefeuilles clients et en suivant précisément leur gestion.

Pros

Tableaux de bord. Score de santé personnalisable par type de client. Suivi des renouvellement et prédiction. Logs des connexions clients. Playbook de tâches. Les bilans emails et notifications. Suivi et accompagnement de la part de Skalin.

Cons

Pas de vue sur les paiements clients dans notre cas.

Globalement c'est un bon outil de Customer Success follow-up qui doit encore progresser mais qui est sur la bonne voie

Pros

Suivre facilement l'état des connexions sur notre outil Saas, profitez d'un nouveau modèle de scoring tout en y ajoutant une touche manuelle, pouvoir suivre les tâches liées à chaque client, automatiser un maximum les touchpoints avec mes clients grâce aux playbooks

Cons

Encore un manque d'intégration de certains outils clés du marché, un meilleur dashboarding pour avoir une vue plus synthétique sur les clients (je sors encore parfois un excel et je filtre dessus), un certain manque de flexibilité quand on veut ramener de la donnée manuelle

Certaines limitations qui devraient être levées prochainement, par exemple : - La possibilité de taguer des collègues dans des commentaires - La possibilité d'envoyer des mails directement depuis Skalin (hors automatisations qui le permettent déjà)

Aujourd'hui mon équipe de 9 CSM utilise au quotidien l'outil Skalin pour la gestion des clients, le suivi des différents projets, et plus récemment la mise en place de playbooks automatisés grâce à des segments entièrement personnalisables. En tant que manager, grâce aux dashboards disponibles, je suis facilement les renouvellements à venir, les comptes ayant des baisses de score de santé et la répartition des ARR entre les différents membres de mon équipe, ce qui me fait gagner un temps précieux.

Pros

\- Plateforme très simple à mettre en place, ne requiert aucune expertise particulière et se fait rapidement - Plateforme très user-friendly, le design est agréable aux yeux et les fonctionnalités intuitives - Gestion des clients simplifiées et possibilités de mettre en place des CS score personnalisés par rapport à plusieurs critères - Réactivité et support excellent de la part des équipes Skalin qui répondent dans la journée à la moindre de nos questions

Cons

\- Nous utilisons peu le système de tâches à date
