It took a bit of time getting up to speed, chagne of teams etc. but since I landed with the current team and we managed to get the TP reports up to par, it has been painless. Pros Very convenient, saves me a lot of time. Full service, no need to go to different places for benchmarks, reports, etc. Cons There is still a lot of information gathering that needs to be done. Partnering with Exactera's personnel the first year has been a great experience and they have been very eager and willing to help. Pros Engaging with Exactera allowed us to bring the preparation of our transfer pricing reports in house and reassess the methods and ways we had been doing the report. It gave us the opportunity to understand our entities relationships better and make more intentional decisions. Cons I have not identified any cons from using the software so far. Avalara also divested of the tool around the time we were making the decision. Exactera sold their tool well and have kept their promises to us. Switched from [KPMG Sofy Suite](https://www.capterra.com/p/238320/Sofy-Suite/) KPMG was handling our reports before and the cost compared to the product provided did not make sense for our business and needs. Output was poor and not timely. Pros Cheap pricing. Good concept but poor execution. Cons Required that input a huge amount of data into their template. They could not / would not pull the data from previous reports or from our website or take it in our current format. The output was poorly worded. It did not match our org chart. Now that we are in our 4th year with them, the process is seamless. Cons It would be helpful if we could receive a word version of the reports. Whenever I have any query related to the transfer pricing, I receive a clear, helpful response within the reasonable time frame. Exactera Transfer Pricing software is also up to the mark. I can easily track every local file with the latest updated progress and other useful information. Pros A vast international database for the benchmarking; the international team has ability to accommodate international matters fast and in local language; knowledge of the local tax laws and processes.
