The platform has helped us manage digital signage across multiple charity shop locations in a much more streamlined and consistent way. The ability to centrally manage content remotely is particularly valuable for our organisation. We’ve also found the support team helpful and responsive when assistance has been needed. Pros AiScreen has made it much easier for us to centrally manage content across multiple retail locations. The platform gives us the flexibility to run both shared and location-specific content, which is important for our shop network. We’ve also found the support team responsive and helpful when resolving issues or answering questions. Cons The pricing can become expensive when paying in USD from New Zealand, particularly once exchange rates and multiple screen licences are factored in. Absolutely worth the cost, the team is amazing. If you are on the fence, this is the perfect choice. You will enjoy it. Pros Super easy to use, great templates, very straight forward. Very reliable, never have any issues. Tech support/customer service is incredibly responsive and you don't get a bot. Cons I don't really have anything for this section. I haven't found a downside to it, really. The platform makes content management simple: our team can schedule updates across all screens in just minutes. We have had zero downtime, and the system runs reliably every day. The value for money is unmatched, compared to Yodeck, ScreenCloud, OptiSigns, and Rise Vision, AIScreen gave us the best combination of features, support, and cost efficiency. The customer success team deserves a special mention, they are responsive, provide immediate technical help, and are available 24/7 as promised, even though we are based in Saudi Arabia. We already plan to expand up to 1000 screens. AIScreen is not just a software provider for us — it feels like a long-term partner in our growth. Pros Easy deployment. Once formatted and the screens are built there is no additional interaction required on the part of the user. Turn on the monitor and select AI app. Pros The ability to modify and update our menu board easily is a great tool for communication with our customers. Cons It works as it is intended.
