I needed to prepare some menus. I usually prepare them in a drop-down menu with another program, this time I wanted to change. They came out very nice.

Pros

I wanted to try the application and I prepared some nice menus for the restaurant the result was excellent

Cons

My experience tells me that it is not very easy to adjust the measurements when preparing the product.

Great company that we rely on quite often!

Pros

Our company has set up our very own company ProShop with Vistaprint that allows us to customize items that we use almost on a daily basis. For example, company business cards, new hire swag gear (hats, notebooks, pens, etc), referral postcards, etc. It is very convenient to be able to log into the dashboard and already have items customized and ready to order. We also appreciate the support team. On numerous occasions, we have pitched ideas for certain customized items and they helped put our vision into action.

Cons

Shipping takes a little longer than we would like, but it is not a deal breaker for us.

ProShop is a crucial tool for companies printing at scale with a significant operation.

Pros

ProShop has a wide range of products which really suited us requiring all kinds of different physical assets to provide to clients. For some time, we were ordering hundreds of A-frames from the ProShop and once designed, you can very easily re-order getting good quality prints and good quality frames.

Cons

The biggest challenge with the ProShop is often delivery times. When you're in need of printing, often you want this printed as quickly as possible. Many times, deliveries took up to 10 days when it was previously communicated it would be much shorter. This delay in delivery timing forced us to seek alternatives in cities we are expanding into. In addition, in many instances the product quality was not up to standard.

Good experience, the orders so far have come out to high quality, and we received good support from their team

Pros

Large variety of products, easy to edit designs and good customer service

Cons

not very user friendly GUI but easy enough to work around
