Pros

The Employer Desktop is a useful tool to integrate job posting performance and applicant tracking.

Cons

The Job matching technology and robust candidate database that were sold during our demo never came to be true. The behavior scores seemed questionable at times as well.

Almost 6 months using this software for finding resumes

Pros

Mostly i liked here is posting jobs on finding resumes on online. It's really easy and I am getting lot of response

Cons

I don't have anything to say here. It's really amazing and easy to use. I highly recommend this to everyone
