Having a great experience so far! We are an outdoor adventure centre so have a huge variety of products and we have found the system flexible.

Pros

We really like the ease of adding our bookings in via the back office whilst also allowing customers to book directly. The waivers were a huge selling point as it has allowed us to go paperless!

Cons

Scheduling at the beginning was tricky, however after speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] their development team designed a solution for us.

We've had a fantastic experience using Beyonk for our event bookings at Newlands Bishop Farm! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to set up and manage our events. The booking and payment system runs smoothly, allowing our customers to book with ease while giving us full control over ticketing. One of the biggest highlights has been the excellent customer support—the Beyonk team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. We also love the customisation options, which have allowed us to tailor our bookings to fit our events perfectly. After switching from Eventbrite, we've noticed a real improvement in efficiency and ease of use, making event management much simpler for us. Cons

While our experience with Beyonk has been overwhelmingly positive, one area for improvement would be the addition of a dedicated app for event check-ins. A mobile app could make the check-in process even smoother, allowing us to scan tickets and manage attendee lists more efficiently on the day. That being said, the platform is already very user-friendly.

It is a nice-looking platform, and the people are nice.

Cons

The absolute worst booking experience ever. Not once, but twice they double booked my tours. I had to call the customers and explain they did not have a booked tour even though they had a confirmation. After the first time, I was told it was fixed. Then it happened again. Moving away from Beyonk as fast as I can.

Their support was prompt, professional, and incredibly patient and kind. The entire setup felt so smooth, a 5-year-old could have gotten it. I really like that the Experience feature and the capability to promote specific offerings as gift cards. It’s a smart way to add another source of revenue.

Cons

I was also told the platform is evolving and that we can be part of upcoming beta versions—which is great! It’s nice to know they’re actively improving and open to feedback from real users.

Our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has also be incredibly helpful when we’ve hit a few snags and helped us to get them sorted.

Pros

The platform is super easy to use and customise to make it your own. It works seamlessly with our website and the team at Beyonk, \[sensitive content hidden\] have been super attentive and supportive when we’ve needed them.

Cons

When you’ve grouped together experiences there is no way to return to the group without going all the way back through the products. It only takes a few extra seconds but there it’s the only thing I can think of!

Although ticketing hub has a lower booking fee than Beyonk, we felt the Ecologi partnership with Beyonk was more than worth the 1% as this fully fits with our zoos mission as a whole. The overall look of the Beyonk website was also a positive factor, as a Gen Z, I cannot stand clunky websites!!

The site is very user friendly for both operator and customer. its professional looking and helps customers get what they want fast.

Pros

easy to use and a useful team of staff to offer assistance when needed. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so helpful, replies to emails quickly and makes herself available to take you by the hand, to show you how to do tasks on site.

Cons

I have no issues with the system except fees and booking charges are more expensive than my previous supplier. However, this site is much more professional looking, offers much more variety and less admin for us.

Back of house tool is fantastic. Very user friendly. Reports can be accessed easily. Refunds can be issued directly.

Cons

Preferred the previous reports section initially but the newer version has grown on me and just as good now.

The system as a whole works superbly with our soft play centres. All the features and apps within it, have helped to not only reduce admin, but also increase sales.

Cons

I wouldn't say that I dislike anything about Beyonk, but there are additional features that would be handy, but there seems to be constant development of new features being added regularly.

The simplicity of the interface is an important factor for whether or not we enjoy working with a solution on the back end. Language and menus are easily understandable, and reports are easier to locate and understand than other products we have used.

Pros

I find it much easier to use than Eventbrite in the way of setting up events, creating various tickets, etc., along with lower rates for the service. Customer service feels personalized, and staff are very open to suggestions for product improvement. It doesn't feel like I'm dealing with a huge corporation.

Cons

The product is still being developed, and a Beyonk app has not yet been released (although staff says it's on the way).

The presentation by a representative made sense at the time, and the interface looked simple to use.

From the initial call I found \[sensitive content hidden\] to be very helpful. The initial set up was quick and easy to do. With the website being designed for mobiles we found the booking in and scanning functionality to be excellent at the events.

We're a large holiday park, and we have only just started to move all our activities and events to online booking. As a growing non-profit, companies constantly solicited our organization for services such as ticket sales and memberships in the past. I was quoted as much as $30k for said services. Way out of our price range! I had a small group of experts from Beyonk help set up our tickets and memberships, and launching was the easiest thing I've ever done regarding the technical side. I was able to embed Beyonk on our website with ease, and sales were almost immediate. Total game-changer. I highly recommend Beyonk to ANY organization looking to up their game and work with a first-class company who actually delivers on what they promise.

The team at Beyonk made transitioning from our previous ticketing platform very simple and easy to do. From zoom walk-throughs of how to set everything up, to super fast email responses, to checking in with us to make sure we're happy...the service has been great. We would certainly recommend them to other small attractions.

The biggest plus-point for us is the ability to integrate the booking form directly into our website. With as few steps as possible for our visitors, it makes the booking process much more streamline - and more professional.Being able to edit every aspect - including the colour palette to fit our scheme - was an added bonus. The analytics within the dashboard are extremely useful. The addition of the 'apps' to include things like discount codes, customised emails and so on are inspired - being able to add as much or as little as you'd like. Moving bookings around, blocking out times, increasing & decreasing visitor capacity...all marvellous.

Cons

There are the odd occasions where we have to make up a solution to an issue. For instance, if within a group booking there is one person who could come but would like to come on a different day, it would be great to be able to move a single ticket across to a new date. We are unable to check visitors in using the QR codes as our tablet is too old. It has been fine for other QR systems, but we cannot log in to our Beyonk dashboard at all! Therefore we just check in visitors via their surname, which works fine.

Hi Vikki, Thank you for the lovely review and taking the time to write it! There is a solution for this: You can amend the original booking and change the amount of tickets for that booking, deducting the ones you need to move to a different date. Once you have saved those changes and notified the customer, you can add a new manual booking with the new tickets on the new date. Option 1 - you remove the tickets and issue a refund for the amount as needed. Then take a new payment on the phone under Add a Sale on your Dashboard Information 🚀 Option 2 - you only edit the tickets but do not issue a refund. Then add a manual booking indicating 'other payment', meaning you do not add a new payment to your reporting. You can use the manual 'Source of Sale' to add the original Booking ID so you know where those 'free' tickets are coming from and how they were paid for. To many more years of working together! 🎉
