Very happy, we can see us working together for a very long time. The best thing I feel is that the team listens and understands our business needs and try to help as much as possible. I tend to have lots of ideas on how to improve functionality for the our customer service and Beyonk always listens and always gets the job done!

Pros

The integration with Epos Now POS Software. This has enabled are charity to to keep up with technology using the quick scan feature for general admission and other seasonal events, you can scan anywhere!

Cons

Technology is great but sometimes things can go wrong and there was a server issue that happened once but when we notified Beyonk's customer service team, it was up and running very quickly and was business as usual.

We haven’t encountered any significant issues, and the support from Beyonk’s team, especially our dedicated account manager, has been consistently reliable and readily available whenever needed. Beyonk has proven to be a dependable system that enhances my workflow, making it a valuable asset to our operations and ticket sales.

Pros

User-friendly and easy to understand, making setup and navigation simple. Efficient dashboard reporting features allow for quick overviews and insights at a glance. Regularly updated with new features, continuously enhancing functionality. Saves time and reduces workload when setting up experiences and events. Reliable system with responsive support and a dedicated account manager.

Cons

Reports could be more detailed to provide deeper insights. Manual creation of gift vouchers through the platform would be a valuable addition.

Overall, my experience with Beyonk has been excellent, I appreciate their commitment to improving their product, they are always on hand to help with anything and the regular check-ins are very helpful, I often learn about features I was unaware of during my calls with \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

It is a low cost solution for small businesses, their customer service is excellent with regular calls to check up on how we are finding the system and also to take ideas for improvements. Although they don't have all the features yet they are committed to increasing their offerings, I feel my suggestions are genuinely considered and used to make improvements. They are very happy to help with any issues I have, with many articles and a support line making it easy to figure out what I want to do. I have a dedicated account manager as well who understands our business and checks in regularly, it makes it very easy to use the system and keep up to date with new features.

Cons

As they are still growing they don't have every functionality just yet, but they are committed to improving their offerings

Excellent. Can't fault them. The product is great, and customer service is superb. Highly recommend

Pros

The system as a whole works superbly with our soft play centres. All the features and apps within it, have helped to not only reduce admin, but also increase sales.

Cons

I wouldn't say that I dislike anything about Beyonk, but there are additional features that would be handy, but there seems to be constant development of new features being added regularly.

Pros

Having the online booking has helped us with staffing needs and the visitor numbers we can expect each week. The ongoing support we get from our account manager Ella, at Beyonk, has been incredible. Friendly responsive and professional.

Cons

We are having a few minor issues with our EPOS system and the app, but Ella is helping with this...

It has been frustrating at times, but over all very productive and it is much better than any of the other solutions I located.

Pros

They are an innovate group of individual who are committed to helping their customers brainstorm work around to unique problems they may face.

Cons

They are lacking a few functionality solutions I would be interested in, but they are growing and frankly no solution is a 100% solutions. I do wish they had an app.. but I would prefer to use a web browser than pay $200 a month for an app they created.

With a couple small changes, I think Beyonk can be an incredible program that will make transactions online or in-person a breeze. Easy to use - for customers and staff. Intuitive platform that made training a breeze.

Cons

A couple improvements could be made to the Add Sale section. Including cash sales and simple canceling of credit card transactions in the cue.

We have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Beyonk, our online bookings have also increased from our previous online ticketing program.

Pros

Overall, the program is streamlined and easy to use. As well, staff are very responsive. Our particular staff member is Sal Salem, and he has been very helpful when needed!

Cons

I did not like setting up the scheduling for our experiences at first, but the program has become more streamlined since we first partnered with Beyonk.

An excellent platform with great support to get you set up and manage your own experiences on the platform.

Pros

The flexibility the customer has to manage their own booking within our T&C’s. The Gift voucher options are fantastic. Simple, sleek booking process for customers. Data capture options are excellent.

Cons

I’d like to see more details in my daily overview of resources needed not just number of customers on each activity however this information is easily gotten elsewhere.

Our overall experience has been great. From the initial enquiry to getting our events live, there has always been someone to help us every step of the way. They go above and beyond to help and the capabilities of Beyonk are always improving.

Pros

Beyonk is so easy to use, for both us and our customers. Creating events and ticket types are really easy to do, and there is so much useful data. The team at Beyonk are exceptional and will do everything they can to help, and are always really speedy in response to any queries.

Cons

Linking tickets is somewhat limited, but this isn't something that you would find with other ticketing providers without having a bespoke site built, so isn't really something I can complain about!

Pros

Really helpful colleagues on hand to assist with queries/ make sure things are set up correctly. Ease of the system too.

Cons

Would like it to have an App as that would be useful - but having a tile linked to the web dashboard is ok as a workaround.

I like that they check up on how we are doing from time to time, they let us know of any updates or useful information on how we can boost our sales.

Beyonk has made our ticketed events seamless. The check in process is so easy. Guests purchase their tickets online ahead of time and arrive with a QR code that is scanned. Easy peasy!

Pros

The ease of use for both our customers and ourselves as a business! It makes our events run much more smoothly. Plus our rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], is incredible. He maintains a great relationship and always makes sure we have the help we need!

Cons

I truly don't have anything bad to say about Beyonk. Anything I need help with is taken care of, and if there isn't a feature they have that I want, I suggest it and they make sure I feel heard!
