From start to finish the team at Beyonk have been superb. From initial set up to any ongoing support, they are all very helpful and respond almost immediately to find a solution. The platform itself is super user friendly and Booking forms look great. Had looks of positive feedback about how easy it is to book.

Pros

Booking forms look great, platform works well, staff and Support teams all very responsive and friendly.

Cons

Unable to see how many ‘places’ remaining for children vs adults separately, as they are grouped into one ‘spaces available’ so for customers booking, they do not know how many places are available for both adults and children.

compared to every booking system we have used so far its absolutely amazing!

Pros

within 30 mins of speaking to someone our account and products were set up. it was clear that sales had increased within the first few days and follow up support is quick and easy!

Cons

the only con is that bookings made by date needs to be a report run in excel

Exceptional from start to finish, we'd had a previous bad experience with a booking platform and we were going in cautiously. I believe this platform will ensure the success of our business.

Pros

Eease of use, fits our business perfectly. Exceptional support even last thing on a Friday ! The staff are keen to help drive our business forward and also listen to feedback.

Cons

Can't think of any but I have to fill in this box.

I find creating an event easy and straight forward. I love that i can use check out questions and customised emails for our events. When i've needed help they're only a phone call away and very patient and helpful when explaining.

Pros

Easy to navigate Helpful, on hand advice and problem solving

Cons

Drawing out the VAT from sales was a bit complicated. But we got there.

Pros

Sampson and Ella have been great to work with. Both are very responsive and knowledgeable. Problems have been handled promptly. They also provide great suggestions for improvements.

Cons

Taxes might be a little tricky to isolate and track.

So far has been positive and I would recommend system to others.

Pros

I find it very easy to use and it didn't take me much time to learn the various functions when adding an event. The support is fantastic, they are always very quick to respond to emails and have taken on board some suggestions to make it better for us.

Cons

There were some slight issues with the tags in that people couldn't filter them to find certain events, however, this has been dealt with and our website now looks much better and easier for customers to find what they are looking for.

Customer service has been great. There has been a bit of a learning curve in learning how to access reports and certain information on the system, but they are very responsive to my questions.

Pros

I really like the cart feature when buying tickets. I also appreciate how quickly they integrate new features and take feedback about what we would like to see.

Cons

I would really like to be able to put a picture with an available add on.

I don't really have any cons. there was a bug but they quickly fixed it for me because we had a really weird use case.

My overall experience with Beyonk has been very positive. The simplicity of the product, both on the front end and the back end, stands out, avoiding the bloat of previous systems we’ve used. The customer support is exceptional and highly responsive. While there are ongoing improvements and new features being added, any queries I have had have been quickly resolved. Although some features present in other systems may take time to be implemented, I am confident in the company’s growth and development trajectory.

Pros

I appreciated the simplicity of Beyonk, both on the front end and the back end. Unlike previous systems we have used, it is not bloated. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding and highly responsive.

Cons

To date, I haven’t encountered many issues. Any queries I’ve had have been promptly addressed. While there is an active roadmap for improvements and features, which is commendable, it means that some features available in other systems may take time to implement. However, I am comfortable waiting as the company continues to grow.
