I am saving myself so much admin time where I create an event once in Beyonk knowing that on my website it will look great with a seamless journey for people purchasing.

Pros

Before Beyonk I was manually processing each event order or resorting to clunky buttons but now I can make life so much easier and set up an event and let Beyonk do everything seamlessly on my website. From event preview pages to Check out. All taken care of.

Cons

I am lucky that I know a bit about iframe codes and wordpress so could be a learning curve for some. That being said you get an account manager always on hand to help all the way.

After hearing about Beyonk I looked at alternatives but found Beyonk the best and cost wise too.

The customer service team are fantastic, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] mostly looked after our account and they have been formidable and eager to listen to us to improve the platform.

Pros

Very easy to deploy in a short period of time, easy to use overall and to navigate. Fantastic button options to integrate to our own website.

Cons

There are still missing features for attractions like ours in the system. For example: 1. We would like to be able to set a different capacity for each time slot without having to create a separate event. This is to allow us to offer longer tours or special tours (night time tours for example). 3. Our attraction offers free entry to visitors under 16. There is not a limit as to how many of these can be booked with adult tickets. If booked on their own, we would also like to be able to set a separate limit and for all ticket holders to confirm their names. 4. We also offer free entry to Historic House Association members. We request details of their membership number when they book but people tend to only put the card numbers and we need their names too. If we have a booking for 5 guests, all with HHA cards, we only get one lead name when we would need all of their names with their respective card numbers. What we are getting at the moment is a list of numbers and one lead name. When guests turn up, they are frustrated to be asked again for those details since they had to give them when booking. 5. Receive notifications for messages received on the Beyonk Platform if you have not logged on for a while: we use Beyonk seasonally (over the Easter week and the summer) and have had guests contacting us about lost property on Beyonk and had not seen the messages as we were not logging on.

Fantastic overall experience...our first event with them was a trial to see how we got on but they have exceeded expectations and if we can iron out the functionality we require (and they keep to fair fees) then I think its a relationship that will blossom!

Pros

The Beyonk team are extremely friendly and down to earth. They listened to our requirements and went out of their way to ensure that these were met. They prioritised new features that would help us, and always listen and take on board feedback. The ticketing system is easy to use and the support team are fantastic when there are any enquiries to be made.

Cons

Some features that we require arn't currently available. In comparison to other ticketing providers there are limited reports.

Great People! Such an amazing team, always so helpful and always solve the problem ....they always go the extra mile and find the issues and solve them for me...cant fault them.

Pros

I think the website is a good design. The booking system is pretty easy for customers. The tie up with Stripe is slick. It all works

Cons

I really don't like the product scheduling at all it just seems really odd to me and very hit and miss if its going to work. It would be great if it was a bit more precise. Its probably me but I just really dont get the design or mechanic for how you do it. If it was easier to use I would add more detail to my product such as changing start times more frequently as the days get longer as we go from Winter to summer etc. I dare not as i\` just dont feel its user friendly enough to spend the time doing it.

Beyonk's software has saved me huge amounts of time administering my bookings, and well as help me bring an increased level of organisation to my business. Customers no doubt appreciate an easy-to-use booking solution. I have used Beyonk for a couple of years now, and have witnessed the platform grow, work out problems, as well as continuously introduce new, useful features.

Cons

Nothing I particularly dislike! Have made various recommendations, which is other users share my thoughts, may be implemented in the future.

Very happy overall. The fact that it’s possible to do mass refunds if an event has to be cancelled will save a lot of time.

Pros

The ease of use, integrated QR ticket scanner, support, shortened customer journey and widget integration on our website.

Cons

Depth of reports could be improved.Apple Pay added to checkout.

Very good, easy to use, innovative and a friendly and helpful team behind it.

Pros

Having never used an online booking software before, Beyonk was easy to use, works well with our business and our customer base. I can access it anyway and make changes easily. The support team are really helpful and always answer phone calls, emails or texts straight away. They take on feedback and have always solved any problem i've encountered very quickly.

Cons

The software could be improved for hosting private experiences - for example the ticket pricing structure doesn't match our price structure, so our visitors buy one ticket for four people in order to get the correct price - sometimes customers get confused when the system says they have one guest booked (when in actual fact the ticket is for 4).

Before we started using Beyonk, we were doing everything manually through enquiry forms whilst we were looking for a new booking system - when we came across Beyonk we were so excited because it captures everything you need to give your customers the best pre-booking experience.

Pros

Using Beyonk was a no-brainer for us! It's been so easy to use and manage, the Beyonk team are all great and so happy to help with anything - from training, to answering the most random questions. It's massively reduced our admin and the design looks great.

Cons

The only con we have is that we would like to be able to change/edit how the booking form integrates on to the website - but we have been told that is coming soon. Beyonk team are always working hard to develop all the features and even in only a few months of using Beyonk we have had new feature likes "Resources" and "Staff Management" that have really simplified our bookings and staff management.

Overall we are very happy with Beyonk and it's good to know we have a 'go to' person to speak with if we ever needed to.

Pros

The main thing for us as a business was the ease of setting up Beyonk. We were given support from start to finish and no question was too silly to ask! We have regular check ins with the team and they give us support on ways we can improve our ticketing service.

Cons

We needed slightly more help than we thought in order to set up our different ticket types, although this wasn't an issue with the Beyonk team - it just wasn't as simple as other platforms we had used previously.

Pros

Beyonk is a really simple and user friendly product. Our demographic is mostly elderly people who in the past have struggled to book online. Beyonk's product is so easy to use which has resulted in less booking issues for our customers. It is also great from an administrative side, really easy to amend customer bookings, answer enquiries, scan tickets, add events/block availability and integrating to our website was simple. Any time I have needed help with anything, a member of the team has been in contact with me nearly instantly and all problems have been resolved instantly. It really is an all round amazing product.

There is nothing I would change currently.

Overall we found Beyonk engaging when we were assessing whether to sign up and found the team to be knowledgeable and helpful. Then set up was well managed in line with our needs and timescales, training was excellent and support throughout has been very good. And our key aim of reducing our manual office processes has been met - it has made a huge difference.

Pros

Product is easy to use, to set up events and tickets, to change and amend as needed, to get the financial and payment information we need. and to easily extract figures on sales and visitor numbers. It has reduced our manual administration processes significantly. It was easy to integrate with our WordPress website, and the customer support during and after implementation has been excellent.

Cons

There are some developmental requirements mainly to do with branding in line with our own logo and colours, and some of the wording in the auto emails is to be amended to be less generic and more suitable for our business.

Pros

Very easy and enjoyable process. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is brilliant, we had a few zoom calls to discuss what we needed and how our company works and how Beyonk could work for us, he answered all of my endless questions. Helped me set everything up and got it all running on our website. Fantastic customer service plus Beyonk is so endearing due to the no big set up fee/yearly fees so saves a lot of money. Software looks fab on our website and we can add experiences whenever we want. We also have Gift Vouchers set up which has proven popular as well. Really happy, thank you Louis and all the team at Beyonk.

Pros

Very easy to use, love how you can go on the diary and shut off a timeslot, a certain activity, a full day or even a period of time like we have done for the Christmas period. You can add activities whenever you like, also like the gift voucher

Cons

It takes a while to add all the activities as we are a multi activity centre but it is worth it and the software on our website looks fab

Reason for choosing Beyonk

No big set up fee. We got quoted £4k + for an online booking system but was more complicated and obviously a lot of money to spend. The beauty of Beyonk your customers pay a small booking fee that Beyonk take, then Stripe who processes the payments to your bank takes a very small percentage when you make a booking.

Hi Alfie, and sorry to hear you're having problems not knowing if customers haven't received emails. In developing the Beyonk technology, we have taken a lot of care to ensure our booking confirmations have a very high success rate. In some cases, however, where customers may have a very rigorous filter on their emails which sends them to spam, there's very little we - or any other booking software - can do about that, nor would anyone be able to tell if that has happened. On occasions when the customer might make a mistake on their email address, we can activate a double verification process on your account to eradicate that, and we will be in touch with you directly about that. I hope this latter solution will help rectify the problem, and as ever we're happy to help with any other issue you may have. All the best, The Beyonk Team.

As a sole trader joining forces with the Beyonk team has been very beneficial for my business Peaks and Paddles. Integrating their booking system could not be simpler, its easy for both customers to use and myself to set up, allowing customers to book as and when they are ready through either my site, Beyonk or their partner sites too, resulting in an increase in bookings and freeing up considerable amounts of time for myself to concentrate on other things. It’s the secretary I’ve always needed! The team are always on hand to ensure the smooth running of the whole system. Altogether it has made my life easier and simpler to run the business. Beyonk have been wonderfully supportive of our cross over journey from Evenbrite to their ticketing platform, we have had many a need to call on them for assistance, which is always provided promptly and in a friendly, personalised and understandable manner.

Pros

Beyonk is a really user friendly product that provides the user with flexibility not available from big competitors like Eventbrite.

Cons

The inability for event specific payouts and the reports for longer term events that cannot be separated from other events within the same conflicting timeline.

Reason for choosing Beyonk

Timing was a factor as we received a sales call at the time we were starting to look and the subsequent pitch, pricing and support structure fitted our needs particularly in terms of working with our current website and the visual customer interface.
