Beyonk have enabled me to take online bookings so i can plan my catering and staffing much more efficiently. I wanted an experience that would not be expensive for my customer but would provide them with the best possible service.

Pros

Beyonk is easy for both my customer to use and for me, as a business owner to use. The integration into my website was seamless and the help and guidance provided by \[sensitive content hidden\] is second to none. It is easy to amend and create multiple events quickly.

Cons

I do not like that is shows how many tickets are available to book. A colour code system would be preferable so my customer can see which slots are almost sold out but dont know exact numbers.

Beyonk fulfil the same booking platform as out previous product but in a much simpler and cheaper way.

Pros

As a non-techy person, being able to upload and edit my experiences, workshops and events simply and easily. My web designer was able to upload the portal to my website quickly and easily without having to refer back to Beyonk technical support. I like that the payment partnership with Stripe is so transparent.

Cons

Not found any issues as yet, other than requesting. new experience category to be dded that more accurately described my offering.

The block off system I wish was just done on a daily rather than hourly.

### "It does the job we need"

From engaging with Beyonk and the support we received will mean that we will continue to use the software

Pros

The fresh look and ease of use. It really does look like a product for now, fully responsive on every platform we have tried and offers simple customer intereaction to purchase tickets. Very simple to setup and you can be up and running in a few hours with little knowledge. The user support is first class (Thanks \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]!!!). The booking page integrates very well with our website so our customer journey is not interupted and taken away from our site.

Cons

There is no test transaction mode (how did you miss this, Beyonk?). Everything had to be tested live mode in stripe as the system does not allow you to connect with the test key only live key. This limited testing as you pay fees to test the system. There's a few additions that I would like to see on the road map, for instance an option to remove the apply voucher section.

Absolutely 5 star!!!!!

Pros

We are a new start up and I am HOPELESS with technology! So much help and support, a really easy system to use. Everyone I’ve spoken to at Beyonk has just been brilliant and they’ve gone out of their way to help.

Cons

Very little. I don’t like the pop up support box that pings up a lot, but other than that, I can’t fault it

Using Beyonk has given us an online presence that we didn’t previously have for no extra cost. The Team have been very helpful setting up the system and are always on call if you have any questions.

Pros

There is no cost to having the software. If people use it then we are happy to pay commission. The support team is always there to help when required.

Cons

Would like a print out or single screen of bookings per day. Currently you can create a CSV file but there is a lot to do to it to make it useful.

Beyonk is an easy to use system with an array of features that assist in the promotion of events, clear results and they have a great customer service team, who we've relied on when queries have arisen. I am excited to see the new features they develop in the future and we look forward to continuing to work together.

Cons

I appreciate that Beyonk is still developing, so some features such as the limited control over discount codes is an issue for us in the future.

As someone who is not very PC, I found the help I received from Beyonk staff first class and I wish I had found out about them years ago.

Pros

As a cemetery tour guide, for many years before I had the Beyonk software installed, I relied on travelling to Belfast City Cemetery or Milltown Cemetery in the hope that someone would show up for my walking tour. Not now I don't! With a click of a couple of buttons on Beyonk, I can see bookings online and can plan daily,weekly or monthly events in advance. It's a complete Game Changer..

Cons

As a tour guide, I always seek critical feedback, but I'm struggling to find anything negative to say about Beyonk.......It really is 5 Star.

Pros

The Beyonk booking software is very easy to use for our visitors and a real improvement on our old booking system. We have seen an increase in online sales with the user friendly interface. For our staff members it is easy and straight forward to use both in terms of adding / amending our sailing times and also in being able to easily view bookings for the day / month ahead.

Cons

We can't really fault the Beyonk booking software. The initial integration was complicated as we had a lot of forward bookings on our old booking system but the staff were incredibly helpful and made this a seamless process and it all ran incredible smoothly.

Overall happy a monthly or quarterly check in would be useful to fin tune courses, marketing and ideas to better improve customer experience.

Pros

The dashboard interface is a great user friendly tool allowing emails and direct contact to clients, which is useful for a seamless customer experience. Having the ability to see sales and bookings and how much has been paid upfront. Low interest rate, long may it continue.

Cons

Clunky date selection, unbale to select dates without having to scroll through the whole calendar. Needs to have an easier access for a smoother customer experience.

Pros

The most important thing to me when singing up for Beyonk was receiving personalised help when I needed it. There is always someone available when I need to change something or add a feature to the system. All staff are excellent and very knowledgeable.

Cons

The learning curve was quite steep but once I understood the system it became second nature

Superb, great business support, ease of use, and very cost effective.

Pros

We recently moved our special events ticketing to Beyonk and have been so pleased with the functionality and ease of use. We now use it for all our online ticketing. Its a very well designed, easy to use system both at the customer interface, managing customer requests and refunds. Reports and customer information is straightforward and simple to access.

Cons

Only a slight niggle but some screen checkboxes e.g. to send email responses to customers are low contrast and easy to miss until you get used to it.

Selling tickets for our PYO flower farm. they approached us and have been very helpful.

Pros

Customer service is proactive, friendly, and efficient. the team are the stars of the show. The software works well and is being updated constantly and they are always happy to listen to any improvements that could be made.

Cons

A few integrations missing - only accept credit cards (not paypal, apple pay etc)
