Pros Customer service was excellent. The platform was methodical and easy to use during a very busy time period for us. Cons It might be helpful for the Beyonk fees and Stripe fees to be more clearly split in the portal to keep track of costs. I will be recommending Beyonk to them. Pros Very easy to use and the support from the team has been incredible when needed. Cons Still some things to iron out, such as being able to select online when naming a venue and waiting list function. But it seems like the team are on it. Reason for choosing Beyonk I like the design and look of Beyonk, I can tailor it easily for my brand colours etc and it is simple to use.
