It's very easy to use, and Google Sheets is know by everybody and their dog. Pros This is a necessary tool if you have an agency or even for your own business. Nowadays it's necessary to use different channels to advertise your business, and it's hard to keep track. KPIBees make it easy! Cons Some integrations need some additional work, but, they are always adding channels and improving the ones they have. Review Source BL Beverly L. I really like being able to give the queries Names as it makes it much easier to reference them when editing. Cons It would be useful to bulk delete queries, as well as have plans that allow for far more queries per month. And I'd really like to be able to access Google Local Services Ads data as well. Business owner Accounting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Couldn't be easier" October 18, 2021 5.0 Overall, it has been a good experience with KPI Bees, the small inconvenience of signing in and out of google accounts is easily surpassed by the time and effort saved in processing and extracting data. Pros Before I found out about KPI Bees, I was spending a good 4 - 8 hours transferring and configuring data from various sources in order to determine the progress of my websites. Fast forward to today and KPI Bees is saving me anywhere between half a day to a full day a week of compiling the same data - just on automation. It is such a relief! Now I can spend time focusing on interpreting the data, rather than processing it. I'd also like to mention I am a complete novice when it comes to extracting information etc, so with KPI Bees easy interface and instructions, it was a cinch to set up! Cons There were a few bumps along the way, and I did encounter some issues connecting the software to my profile. But this was easily overcome with a quick email to the support team who promptly resolved my issue. The one con that I would like to highlight is that you can only be signed into one google account at a time in order to use KPI Bees. This is an issue for me as at any one time, I can be signed into 10 different google accounts - especially when I am hustling and working for many different clients in different industries at the one time. Swift support and very helpful. Great bit of kit! Pros Very easy to setup, support is fantastic, scheduling of data pulls along with multiple connections means I can get access to all my data from any platform at any time Cons If I had to nit-pick then Id say the ability to use information from the data pulled to make another request would be a great feature, which I understand is already on the roadmap. So many other places take forever to get back to you and never get anything resolved. Very nicely integrated into Google Sheets. Cons Activation on Google Marketplace was easy but after that didn't seem super intuitive. Their support chat walked me right through it. Once setup seems to be working well. Pros I have been using it for about 3 months and what I really like is fast loading, and cool functions called duplicate queries. It saved me a lot of time to set it up! Cons I don't have any complaints. Can barely wait for those new pending integrations like Google My Business. Google Sheets have a function for that but with most product feeds there is too much data for sheets to process. Looked in the help center but also contacted the customer service via chat. Within 10 minutes \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] responded and tried to help me, resulting in a quick and easy call with him to explain him more detailed my issue. Excellent problem solving, it was very nice to talk to him and he could help me with the problem. Great experience, thanks for that! Pros You need a basic knowledge of SQL language to write queries (or at least someone who knows about it), after that it's just a click of a button to fetch your wanted/needed data from your database. Good amount of tools to connect with your database. Cons Nothing so far. Query Editor could be bigger or colorized, but not needed. Pros Some data connector tools are very time consuming to set up and maintain. Not KPI Bees. The interface is straightforward and intuitive. And other than similar tools, there is a wide range of connectors available in one interface. Cons I started using it mainly for the Facebook data connector. The available data points for Facebook Ads are still quite limited.
