We have been working with Loyale for over 5 years now and have had a very positive experience. I believe they take on any feedback we have to improve the Loyale platform to provide us with a better user experience since this is a tool we use daily.

Pros

The integration was an easy one, with the Loyale team being responsive to tackle issues which we had. We have integrated Loyale with over 50 POS. The product is easy to use and is constantly evolving to cater for our needs and requirements.

Cons

Just like any product, there may be some glitches every now and then but these are discussed with the team and resolved within an efficient time period.

Molto intuitivo e facilmente configurabile per le diverse esigenze

Cons

In orari di punta non è sempre reattivo in caso di elevato numero di transazioni in pochi minuti
