It has also significantly enhanced our feedback quantity and quality, as obtaining reviews is part logical and part human. The customer service team is very advanced in setting these email sequences up and offers great insight into how to improve your ratings. And it works! Cons We are on the east coast, and I think their phone support closes up around 3 - 5 pm e.s.t. (as XSellco is in the UK). I has not been a problem and I just had to learn this and factor it into our timing for support.
