The tool is easy to use and the interface is really nice. I also like that there are a variety of different tools that are available to use with deskmy. Deskmy also has a great customer service team that responds promptly to any questions or concerns that I have.

Pros

For hours I do all the work sharing the screen, talking and listening, without crashing the system or getting low video/audio quality. I can use it anywhere and it's really easy to set up. It has everything I need to stay productive and to stay in touch with my team.

Cons

The usage time indication system could be more robust. But this in no way detracts from the main function of working remotely for hours without interruptions with video, audio and chat.
