Pros Clarity is EXTREMELY easy to setup through Google Tag Manager (or just adding a script to your website). It gives so much information around what users are doing on your website and where they are coming from. Cons We've had a few instances for whatever reason that the script confirms it's active, but then we find out data is not coming in and we have to close the container and start over. On daily basis based on Microsoft clarity recommendations we make the changes and optimization in the website and increase the page speed performance by 3x. Pros I like the session recording of website and heatmap metrics from the Microsoft clarity which features is nobody giving in the market with that much clarity.
