Being able to view each websites heat mapping to help from a CRO perspective has brought a ton of new insight to our analytics. Pros Clarity is EXTREMELY easy to setup through Google Tag Manager (or just adding a script to your website). It gives so much information around what users are doing on your website and where they are coming from. Cons We've had a few instances for whatever reason that the script confirms it's active, but then we find out data is not coming in and we have to close the container and start over. I think it's super easy to use and more responsive compared to Hotjar. I will keep comparing it to Hotjar since I have only experience using the latter. It does everything from tracking, to user behaviour, to heat maps and more. Plus it integrates with Hubspot well which is what we use for marketing. Cons Nothing much.
