I am aware that from a user perspective there is much more that can be done.

Pros

Tracking of rental items. System is very user friendly

Cons

That we need to affect two different type of stock shipments between , rental and actual stock items

After comparing systems we believed that the Acumatica's superior technology platform combined with AcuRental features and IIG's commitment will provide a superior solution for many years

AcuRental is easy to do business with Transparency at all times Great support Great value for money Requests to change the product for our specific needs are always implemented

Pros

The product follows normal ERP business processes, no additional features are required Easy to learn and train users Embedded in standard Acumatica ERP workflows - no additional integration is required AcuRental as a product is better priced compared to competitors AcuRental can be changed to better suit our specific Waste Management needs

Cons

Changes were required specifically for the Environmental Services Industry - all required features are now included
