It's a positive experience overall. I just need to dive in more on how to use the platform. LeadSnap takes care of its customers.

Pros

I think their data is accurate. I like how I can see all my competitors' ranking and my business' place. It's very helpful.

Cons

In the beginning I was a little lost as I'm very new to SEO, but the customer care specialist was amazing in guiding through the set up process.

I am impressed. If the tool is able to get me a job then it will pay for itself and I will be inclined to max out my subscription.

Pros

What the tool can do and customer support. I appreciated the attention to detail and the ease of use of the tool.

Cons

Some of the info like categories and services was pulled from GBP but I had to manually enter it into the tool in a different area.

Pros

Rank tracking tools are fantastic. Citation tools are great and even work for service area businesses.

Cons

The tools can take some time to learn and the layout can be a little confusing at first for someone who isnt super familiar

amazing tool, good support and great use. very fast diagnostics of my SEO and Company. Make sure to have a second monitor for youtube help videos.

Pros

amazing customer support. Fast, helpfull and kind. Told him about my problem. He told me how to fix it and gave me a discount.

its all great so far. I was unable to find the darkmode of their front end. otherwise great. needs some knowledge to use.

It makes the more tedious aspects of GBP SEO simple and automated. Support has been incredibly helpful.

So far I really like heat maps. Also, I've been uploading posts and photos to google business profile manually until now, and from tomorrow I'm going to automate it. It really IS going to save at least an hour of my time.

Pros

Heat maps are amazing! I just got my first paying (monthly) client after showing him his heat map. Second client is coming on board too any day now.

Cons

So far everything is good. The only thing I noticed so far is that the info is not being synced right away (I just added a new Location and it doesn't show all the reviews from google yet). There is probably some cache delay. But other than that - everything is good.

They have good support and videos to learn how to best use this tool. It's a great visual for proof of progress for local clients.

Pros

Can manage Google Business Profile and Citations from the same dashboard, reasonably priced and really like the geogrids.

Cons

I still have a learning curve but figuring it out with their help and support from documentation and videos.

Amazing experience so far with all their tools, when something is missing I just chat with \[sensitive content hidden\] and the guy releases it within a week, absolute legend

Pros

It's the most all in one tool an agency need to help his clients rank in the top 3 of google on a local scale.

Cons

The reactivity of the team and the fact that everything you need is all in one place so you don't have to juggle between tools

Heat map is their best tool Integrated phone system and phone numbers are cheap 4$/month You can customize everything

My overall experience with LeadSnap has been good. I started using this software at a beta level and it has turned into a full on CRM for my marketing agency. I really like that improvements are constantly being made. This CRM perfectly fits my business as an internet marketing agency.

Pros

I use LeadSnap for managing my Google Business Profiles and for my call tracking numbers, call flows, and lead automations. I like that the owner of LeadSnap is continuously adding features to LeadSnap and is constantly making improvements to keep up with the industry. The customer support is great.

Cons

Many of the issues have been resolved through their updates. The thing I currently like least about LeadSnap is there is not currently a spam filter for incoming SMS messages for my tracking numbers. Hopefully this gets implemented soon.

Overall I've had a great experience and will continue using them. I 100% recommend LeadSnap. The heatmap, GBP tools, and citations are well worth it. I wish I had found this software sooner!

Pros

Great product and features for the price! The heatmap is powerful and customizable. I like how you can save keyword lists for each GBP. Their support team is super helpful, they helped me fix an issue with my account within minutes, even though it was user error on my part. The GBP integration is smooth and the citations are incredibly helpful. They have several very effective add-ons for digital marketing. I feel like I only pay for what I need and it can be on a case by case basis. (which I really like) The subscription manager is very easy to manage and cancel.

Cons

There are several tools and the learning curve can be very steep. They have a lot of videos to help with this but it can feel a little overwhelming to new users.

I've been using LeadSnap for like 5 year now. We're a marketing agency with around 50 clients, and many are utilizing the software as their primary CRM. Having this available for the clients makes it easy for them to manage their leads, close more deals, and prove that what we are doing is working for them in lead generation and SEO. This has helped us maintain our clients for many many years, as we can prove that we are getting results, with the actual data. So having Lead Snap as our tool box has been essential for our growth over the years. I highly recommend you check it out if you are doing any kind of Local SEO/Google My Business marketing!

Pros

LeadSnap is great all-in-one CRM, lead management, and ranking software, that is perfectly built for local SEO and lead generation. I really like how the tools are specifically built for this purpose (our company does lead generation and local seo), and we use it for our own internal marketing, but we use it to mostly for our clients to have access to a CRM. Also the heat map for Local SEO is one of the tools that I use the most to check the health of my clients' website.

Cons

I've been using the software for 5 years, so most of our complaints have been fixed through updates. At first there were times when it could be slow, but that was fixed years ago.

The customer service is awesome they are more then willing to set up a call and walk you through any questions about the software. The layout is simple, intuitive and easy to navigate.

Pros

Customer service, CRM, call tracker, GMB management and the \[sensitive content hidden\] wants everyone to succeed.

Cons

Nothing as it meets my current needs. If I had a con I am confident I could send my request to customer service and it would be looked into.

Pros

I like the fact that leadsnap was specifically built with lead generation in mind and has so many incredible features you that allow you to Monitor all of your GMB accounts in one spot without triggering Google suspensions. Transferring my phone numbers for call tracking was also incredibly easy. Support is great too!

Cons

I wish they had an app but I think that’s something that they’re working on.

Its been amazing from the customer service to the product!

Pros

I like that I was able to get rid of the other pieces of software that I used to use to run my business. Leadsnap has it all in one place!

Nothing really! I love everything about this product.

Leadsnap saves us time by consolidating a lot of our processes and tools into one platform. It serves as a great back office but I also love that we can give clients limited access for lead management. All in all, it's a fantastic asset.

Pros

The GMB heatmap is a great feature. I suppose what I really value most is the fact that almost all of the information and tools to manage a lead generation business are in one place. There's nothing more annoying than needing to log in to 50 different accounts and platforms to get a simple thing done.

Cons

It can be a bit glitchy. It's still early days so there are clearly still some bits to be ironed out.
