Have had a phenomenal experience with the product and customer support team. We have had great success collaborating and working together to further grow both teams.

Pros

We have had tremendous collaboration with and assistance from the CIM team in deployment of PEAK. There was an upfront learning curve for us, but this was alleviated with help from their team. We are now able to quickly get site equipment and data quickly online which is very important to our team.

Cons

There is still a hurdle for us in quickly deploying rules. This has gotten much better and is something our teams are working through. We had used other software in the past and some of the hurdles were self-created with how we "always used to do things." The CIM team has worked with us to make this process easier.

The CIM team are a pleasure to work with and understand the specific requirements of our client sites. They have demonstrated patience and are extremely flexible when it comes to some of our client demands

Pros

As a user I have found it very insightful and informative regarding otherwise unseen issues with the building plant systems. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with how well the CIM Peak system can obtain information and alert us to various issues for the building and how it can also provide potential rectification methods to solve the problem. The portal and interface is very easy to use and easy understand the data

Cons

I have so far found no negative issues with the system. Everything is working well for me at the moment.

have picked up on issues with the BMS and HVAC equipment that otherwise we would of not known about. Working with CIM has been great has they have help us to navigate the site and also to change the parameters as required.

Pros

Working with the team to help resolve the issues and to try and make it more user friendly.The Peak platform has alot of good information to help Building Managers/ Facilities Managers to keep the buildings running at a good level.

My experience with PEAK has been very positive. It has improved how we monitor and control our building systems, and the reporting tools make data-driven decisions much easier. Support has been responsive, and the product continues to evolve in a way that adds value.

Pros

I love how PEAK doesn't feel like a puzzle you have to solve. It’s flexible, and the dashboards are actually easy on the eyes. PEAK actually tells you what to do next. And since it plays so well with different devices and protocols, I’m not stuck wasting hours on setup. It just works.

Cons

I think adding more pre-built templates could make getting started even faster. Some advanced configurations took a little time to get used to.

The platform provides clear, real-time visibility into HVAC system performance. Its automated fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) quickly highlight inefficiencies that would otherwise go unnoticed, making it much easier to identify opportunities for energy savings, improve tenant comfort, and reduce maintenance call-outs.

Cons

The level of insight can feel overwhelming at first, especially for teams new to data-driven maintenance. It takes some time to align internal processes and resources to act on the opportunities flagged by the system. This is more of an industry adaptability problem rather than PEAK.

I like how it brings all building energy data together in one centralized, easy-to-use interface. It makes it simple to monitor equipment and usage over time without needing to pull information from multiple sources. The visualizations and filtering tools are helpful for quickly identifying trends and spotting anomalies.

Cons

What I like least is that some of the deeper insights and comparisons are not immediately obvious or accessible without knowing where to look. While the platform is powerful, it can sometimes take extra clicks to fully uncover those trends or advanced reporting features. As a first-time user, it was difficult navigating at first, however, the trainings with Chris Hamilton and Samantha Gibson have been extremely helpful.

I don't feel stressed in any way knowing I PEAK/ CIM are looking after the building. I have been the FM here 4 years now, and since being introduced to PEAK and Team from CIM, I can happily say I am happy with the service provided.

Pros

There is not just one thing I like about PEAK. The system and the Team that looks after 333George St are absolutely amazing. We have certainly been pulled out of hot water situation on many occasions by having PEAK look after the site. Thanks.

Cons

This I have no comment towards as there isn't anything I can say I do not like about PEAK. This service has been something we have always made sure to cherish and the team are exceptional on all levels.

The system talks volumes, the man power required to get on top of the data could be the issue, pending on the nature and age of the building its monitoring. Never-the-less the information gathered saves time and allows for better planning when compiling the amounts / faults.

Pros

Multiple point interrogation on main plant and FCUs. Reduces fault diagnosis time. Alarm handling can be specific.

Cons

Unable to answer this as the more I have become familiar with the system the easier it has become to retrieve the information that i seek.

The team are extremely knowledgeable and will hold your hand throughout the membership. the program itself is useful to track issues and can save you a small fortune when it alerts you to plant running out of hours for no reason.

I would have liked to see more tech to cover electric consumption as the tech already reads the meter consumption so hopefully this can be added on

Pros

System searches/ processes data with industry norms to highlight issues then alerts user who can act immediately to address. Promts user to possible causes plus teams meetings allow all users to talk about system alerts thereby training also ensued.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about peak, but it helps me gain a better understanding about B.M.S systems.

Pros

It is another way of doing Maintenance on site as it highlights issues that need to be actioned.

Cons

1.Sometimes there are some items that re-appear as a fault. Even though it had been looked into previously. 2. There are also false alarms on that keep coming, for certain equipment that have been temporarily turn off for Repairs or renovations For example, AC equipments are removed during office fitouts and remain off. But we still get the same unit show failures. In all, if areas are under renovation, information can be shared with your team so that rules can change and fail-alarms related to these units are not sent/ or remain Off. Other then that, all good.

Great experience and Navin Paramne a Senior Project Engineer has been extremely pro active and helpful in relation to issues arising, as well as looking at ways to improve on site functionality and sustainability.

Pros

Ease of use and its ability to be able to notify HVAC mechanical service provider and BMS maintenance team of issues arising, as well as assistance in working with operations on site to better improve current systems in place.

Cons

Requires some training to be able to navigate the site, but the team were very helpful in explaining how it all works.
