### "BMS Review Feedback"

For the moment our experience is being very positive, we identify the tasks associated to alarms are efficiently being actioned and the feedback we are getting from different facility users is also being very positive.

Pros

Our existing BMS lacks of a rational alarm management system during the years, now PEAK system is helping us organizing and scheduling the tasks with the utilities maintenance team efficiently.

Cons

Alarm rationalization is hidden in the background of the PEAK application, and I'd like learning more about it.

The team are extremely knowledgeable and will hold your hand throughout the membership. the program itself is useful to track issues and can save you a small fortune when it alerts you to plant running out of hours for no reason.

I would have liked to see more tech to cover electric consumption as the tech already reads the meter consumption so hopefully this can be added on

Issue was with client IT support which made it a long process. reality is that if that element was better supported implementation of the CIM PEAK platform would have a been quick and smooth and the 30 days to install and get up and running would have been achieved

Pros

Low cost high return. easy to price and exceptional support from the CIM team. PEAK is versatile for individual site requirements. Quick implementation as only takes approx 30 days to install then start to use the system.

Cons

No cons as yet , issues were because of the client IT support which CIM supported above and beyond their scope to get the solution implemented

Pros

Integration was incredibly simple. The support staff are always available and very knowledgeable. Being able to cross check the BMS using external software is great. It shows us the issues we have that the BMS doesn't see.

Cons

The only downside I have seen so far, is that I didn't realise the BMS needed to be Bacnet compatible.

Reason for choosing PEAK

Market presence and the fact that I don't have to rely on a BMS to tell me there's an issue.

### "CIM - 21st Century PEAKy Blinders"

Overall experience has been very positive. We had success with resolving high overnight water consumption which had been investigated previously, but not resolved. The granularity of the data showed when the consumption was occurring and when it first started which by gave a strong lead to investigate resulting in the route cause being determined and rectified. Other wins have been tuning of central plant during times of low occupancy to reduce energy consumption without impacting tenant comfort.

Pros

Everyone involved in the building's performance is using the same platform to raise, discuss and investigate issues. The conversation that results from an action being raised, remains on the PEAK platform even when the action is closed so that future techs, FMs, etc. can see what has been done previously. This is particularly useful when considering a strategy to improve performance as one can review how the building has responded to previous strategies. It also means the handover between technicians and the handover from one Facility Manager to the next is less critical as anyone new can get up to speed quickly. The other really good thing is being able to pull trends from different buildings all in the one PEAK platform. Gone are the days of having to log into an individual BMS for each building which is not only time consuming, but with cyber security constraints within large organizations, getting access into the BMS is becoming increasingly difficult.

Cons

There are lot's of features within the menus and it's sometimes hard to know where they are. The notification email for updates to actions raised always links to the same page on PEAK and I suspect this is the page most used by techs and FMs. However, there's a lot more behind this page and a lot more features which most users probably don't realise.

very positive and i let the experts do the work here. all i need to know is that there are clear processes in place to identify issues, find solutions and mark when the issue is closed out. it will also store a history of issues so at the end of a year we will know what items of plant are causing the most trouble

the CIM team are very proactive and keen to get it up and running it can identify issues and show them clearly

Cons

it is a technical piece of equipment and sop to the untrained eye it can be confusing

1) Easy to use 2) Live & Accuracy of information 3) Enables the site team to view and execute specific tasks 4)Provides overall building performance with the recommendation for a quick, efficient and effective fix that needs to happen as soon as possible.

Use of the system has been quite easy and the online helpdesk gives you direct contact with the team so any issues can be resolved pretty much immediately. This equates to a good user experience!

Pros

The Peak dashboard has been quite useful for our organisation. I have found it very helpful in identifying faults with our HVAC system, things that the average FM wouldn't be able to do. They are able to set up alerts for discrepancies in the performance and then are able to identify the root cause of this. You are then able to forward these alerts straight onto the contractor which allows them to access the same data as you are.

Cons

I have found the program a touch clunky although is still usable.

Working with the CIM team is a pleasure. they are always very helpful and very knowledgeable.The PEAK platform gives good information and provides valuable insights into issues.It is helping us to optimise our facilities set-up and from which we can start focusing on further improvements.

Cons

It can be a little clunky finding your way through the platform at first - familiarity mitigates some of this.

Reason for choosing PEAK

Other products did not offer the same functionality as the PEAK platform.

We've been very happy with the platform and the broader CIM service, as although the software itself is impressive, the real benefits are best realised with the successful human interface between CIM and our operations teams.

Pros

Ability to track history of an issue and enabling input of commentary from contractors. Graphs provided are quite good. The ability to categorise / prioritise various issues is a good feature.

Cons

Needs greater focus on metered loads to support variance analysis. Singular focus on energy is a missed opportunity for companies such as ours who are also driven to reduce water consumption, particularly from HVAC (cooling towers) Some of the performance reports aren't overly useful

The platform assists in many areas not just for sustainability. It allows the monitoring of thermal comfort and other reactive maintenance issues and alerts building managers to issues before they become larger problems. Its user friendly and the engineers are always prompt in answering any questions you may have.
