Energy saving, quick method to find fault devices in the field.

Pros

System searches/ processes data with industry norms to highlight issues then alerts user who can act immediately to address. Promts user to possible causes plus teams meetings allow all users to talk about system alerts thereby training also ensued.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about peak, but it helps me gain a better understanding about B.M.S systems.

its important that the system is set up correctly and once its set up correctly then the system works great and picks up on faults that would take weeks to identify. Support from \[sensitive content hidden\] is excellent as he is pushing for the constant development of the software

Cons

the rules can sometimes be overly complicated but with our support in \[sensitive content hidden\] he assists us with updating or amending the rules to that they are tailored to our site.

The customer support and the ease of the process to review and analyse data in the peak platform is very helpful.

Too many sub options which can be confusing sometimes weh trying to investigate simple operational data with the building

Pros

It is another way of doing Maintenance on site as it highlights issues that need to be actioned.

Cons

1.Sometimes there are some items that re-appear as a fault. Even though it had been looked into previously. 2. There are also false alarms on that keep coming, for certain equipment that have been temporarily turn off for Repairs or renovations For example, AC equipments are removed during office fitouts and remain off. But we still get the same unit show failures. In all, if areas are under renovation, information can be shared with your team so that rules can change and fail-alarms related to these units are not sent/ or remain Off. Other then that, all good.

### "An amazing Platform"

Very positive, we can solve problems with intuitive dashboards, and detailed info and save massively on energy usage along with generating work orders internally that allow us to close the quicker than ever before.

Pros

The ability to use real data to interrogate problematic equipment to make informed decisions extremely quickly. I only wish I have had this platform in all my previous businesses.

Cons

It takes a little to get used to, but the the training supplied, and the guys attitude to getting you up and running is second to none.

Pros

PEAK works very well as a fault finding and diagnostic tool. It picks up anomalies on the BMS which would not normally spotted without performing a deep dive by a BMS engineer. It also simplifies any remedial works required and pinpoints how and where the works have to be carried out saving time and money. The support from CIM has been second to none. Also onboarding was really simple and set up took minimal time.

Cons

Although PEAK is user friendly and provides step by step instructions for any issues - a non-technical building manager might find difficulty if not fully aware of a buildings plant and its functions but this would be up to the end user to resolve and not PEAK per se.

As a new user I promptly received one on one training and I have confidence that I can call upon the support that I need. It is a very useful tool in this energy conscience world.

Pros

The most useful is that it contains the accurate history of usage and has alarms to highlight the faults and concerns to be actioned. The property is one of a national portfolio which I can instantly compare to as well.

Cons

Can each user have their property selected as a default setting, so that is comes up without a search?Otherwise great.

Great support from the CIM team and the platform has been embraced by our BMS and HVAC providers

Pros

Good interface to use with HVAC service provider to manage asset and identify areas for improvement in both comfort and efficiency

Cons

Managing an asset with over 100,000m2 GLA, My only issue is getting enough time to utilize the system enough as I need to essentially assign tickets out to service providers from the system. The flipside is that as the Operations Manager of the asset, I can then manage the workflow out to 3rd parties which in turn ensures expenditure is managed

Great experience and Navin Paramne a Senior Project Engineer has been extremely pro active and helpful in relation to issues arising, as well as looking at ways to improve on site functionality and sustainability.

Pros

Ease of use and its ability to be able to notify HVAC mechanical service provider and BMS maintenance team of issues arising, as well as assistance in working with operations on site to better improve current systems in place.

Cons

Requires some training to be able to navigate the site, but the team were very helpful in explaining how it all works.

Overall it was a good experience, if i was involved with installing a fault analytics' platform again i would consider CIM Peak as a solution.

Pros

Easy to use platform with additional information added like BMS screenshots of the fault to help the engineer to resolve or understand the issues which is a nice touch.

Cons

Not that much to dislike but if i did it would be more directed to how it was set up, which I wasn't involved with the installation and overall objectives of the project.

Pros

Navigation is helpful , ability to cross trend a number of points simultaneously makes is fine . Very happy with the Support team as they are always helpful and very quick to response.

Cons

I am not using the platform to its full potential and would need more training/time .It is difficult to jump from one system into another one .This is not a disadvantage of Peak and more an issue of the user .
