Have had a phenomenal experience with the product and customer support team. We have had great success collaborating and working together to further grow both teams.

Pros

We have had tremendous collaboration with and assistance from the CIM team in deployment of PEAK. There was an upfront learning curve for us, but this was alleviated with help from their team. We are now able to quickly get site equipment and data quickly online which is very important to our team.

Cons

There is still a hurdle for us in quickly deploying rules. This has gotten much better and is something our teams are working through. We had used other software in the past and some of the hurdles were self-created with how we "always used to do things." The CIM team has worked with us to make this process easier.

The CIM team are a pleasure to work with and understand the specific requirements of our client sites. They have demonstrated patience and are extremely flexible when it comes to some of our client demands

Pros

As a user I have found it very insightful and informative regarding otherwise unseen issues with the building plant systems. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with how well the CIM Peak system can obtain information and alert us to various issues for the building and how it can also provide potential rectification methods to solve the problem. The portal and interface is very easy to use and easy understand the data

Cons

I have so far found no negative issues with the system. Everything is working well for me at the moment.

Overall, my experience is positive. The platform supports high-level monitoring and energy performance tracking, which is critical for our needs. The platform is very effective for day-to-day energy management and reporting needs and will be extremely useful for the future.

Pros

I like how it brings all building energy data together in one centralized, easy-to-use interface. It makes it simple to monitor equipment and usage over time without needing to pull information from multiple sources. The visualizations and filtering tools are helpful for quickly identifying trends and spotting anomalies.

Cons

What I like least is that some of the deeper insights and comparisons are not immediately obvious or accessible without knowing where to look. While the platform is powerful, it can sometimes take extra clicks to fully uncover those trends or advanced reporting features. As a first-time user, it was difficult navigating at first, however, the trainings with Chris Hamilton and Samantha Gibson have been extremely helpful.

have picked up on issues with the BMS and HVAC equipment that otherwise we would of not known about. Working with CIM has been great has they have help us to navigate the site and also to change the parameters as required.

Working with the team to help resolve the issues and to try and make it more user friendly.The Peak platform has alot of good information to help Building Managers/ Facilities Managers to keep the buildings running at a good level.

I love how PEAK doesn't feel like a puzzle you have to solve. It’s flexible, and the dashboards are actually easy on the eyes. PEAK actually tells you what to do next. And since it plays so well with different devices and protocols, I’m not stuck wasting hours on setup. It just works.

Cons

I think adding more pre-built templates could make getting started even faster. Some advanced configurations took a little time to get used to.

Cons

I don't feel stressed in any way knowing I PEAK/ CIM are looking after the building. I have been the FM here 4 years now, and since being introduced to PEAK and Team from CIM, I can happily say I am happy with the service provided.

Pros

There is not just one thing I like about PEAK. The system and the Team that looks after 333George St are absolutely amazing. We have certainly been pulled out of hot water situation on many occasions by having PEAK look after the site. Thanks.

Cons

This I have no comment towards as there isn't anything I can say I do not like about PEAK. This service has been something we have always made sure to cherish and the team are exceptional on all levels.

We've been very happy with the platform and the broader CIM service, as although the software itself is impressive, the real benefits are best realised with the successful human interface between CIM and our operations teams.

Pros

Ability to track history of an issue and enabling input of commentary from contractors. Graphs provided are quite good. The ability to categorise / prioritise various issues is a good feature.

Cons

Needs greater focus on metered loads to support variance analysis. Singular focus on energy is a missed opportunity for companies such as ours who are also driven to reduce water consumption, particularly from HVAC (cooling towers) Some of the performance reports aren't overly useful

It allows the monitoring of thermal comfort and other reactive maintenance issues and alerts building managers to issues before they become larger problems. Its user friendly and the engineers are always prompt in answering any questions you may have.

I visit one of my sites monthly as a "peak" day.I interact with CIM team member \[sensitive content hidden\]. I go through my list of assigned actions. And if I find something strange or bizarre I contact \[sensitive content hidden\] and the two of us provide a decent solution that same day and fix it.

Pros

I like that all issues are in one location assigned to me for when I visit a site. I can sort through items and find a chart to see when an issue happened. If a boiler ran at night I can sift through charts and see what else ran at that time and can give am answer as to why it ran.

Cons

Not sure if there is an app, but if there was I'd use it

Pros

The PEAK Dashboard is very user friendly once you have been provided in-depth training. It provides great features such as individual tickets detailing issues with HVAC equipment across our various sites. This allows the FM to action these in a timely manner.

Pros

Regular actions generated for improvements in HVAC operation is certainly the best feature on PEAK. Action tracking showing savings to date and identified savings is also extremely useful along with historic data trending for equipment captured in PEAK.

Cons

Some features a bit disconnected ie. savings tracked under separate link outside of PEAK main UI.

### "Efficient software"

Pros

I love the fault alert system and the fact that we can create actions for those faults and assign them to specific contractors for follow up. The actions tab also has a graph to see the trend and the fault trigger logic. The overall workflow is efficient and user friendly.

Cons

The trend charts were a bit difficult to understand for me initially but with constant support from the CIM team I've now found it easy to use.
