Fabulous, working with fledgling products is a totally different experience and you really feel valued as a customer. Great to see them thriving and growing.

Pros

The personable customer service and passion to make things work for their customer. Working with the team to get up and running, and the ongoing support has been not only responsive, but fun and always accommodating. The speed at the evolution of the product - can't keep up and now the functionality exceeds how we use it which offers ongoing value for money.

Cons

We were an early adopter so there were kinks to work through as we onboarded and the product evolved simultaneously...to be expected and the team overcompensated in the time and support they gave us. I like to think we partnered during this time and we supported each other in developing the product :)

SuperPath is ideal for those who want to efficiently manage self-paced learning for a group of learners.

Pros

User-friendly and easy to learn: SuperPath is a great e-learning platform, designed to be simple and intuitive. Flexible content formats: The platform supports various content formats, allowing learning experiences to be tailored to different learning styles and needs. The Pathway feature is practical: The Pathway system helps categorize and organize e-learning materials in a clear and structured manner, making it easier to plan and follow learning journeys. Efficient monitoring: Tracking learner progress is straightforward and transparent, enabling timely support and follow-up. Good learning library: Materials are stored neatly, making searching for and retrieving resources quick and efficient. Responsive support: Admins are fast and responsive, providing helpful assistance whenever needed.

Superpath is not only a great product, but an outstanding company to work with. Their customer service and technical support are highly responsive and genuinely helpful. Unlike other learning management systems, Superpath takes the time to understand your needs and actively supports proactive outcomes and positive behaviours within your business. Highly recommended.

Pros

The platform is intuitive for both administrators and staff, making training accessible without being overwhelming. What really sets Superpath apart is the team behind it — their customer service and technical support are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve meaningful outcomes. They take the time to understand our needs and support proactive behaviours and results across the business.

Cons

While the system is easy to use, some reporting and settings are located in less obvious areas. That said, Superpath’s support team is highly responsive and helps bridge that gap quickly.

Super path has been an absolute dream to work with, the program is intuitive and has all the functionality you could ask for. It is a program that both a professional or beginner could use easily and be able to fulfill all their training needs. I couldn't recommend this program/company enough.

Pros

This program is incredibly flexible, it has amazing tools and can be used in all different ways to support general and specialized training. The AI course generator has been a life saver in translating all of our PowerPoint training into interactive on demand modules. The pathway creation has allowed us to bundle training for different roles/needs and automated scheduling has made assigning and monitoring team progress easy. This program has been an absolute dream to work with I can't imagine going back.

Cons

I am yet to find one, honestly, any issue I have had has been addressed by the SuperPath team in a timely manner with the best customer support. They are constantly updating and adding features that only make this program better and easier to use.

Our experience has been brilliant, the product is fabulous. Mainly used to support our sales onboarding, the overall learning management is streamlined, system maintenance is simple and the in-build course creator has improved our team's productivity significantly.

Pros

Course Builder- Superpath's course builder is a fantastic feature for small and busy LD / HR teams.

Cons

Nothing! If we have had product requests and challenges, the team have either added in the feature or provided support.

My experience has been excellent from the start. I was given trial access to explore whether the platform aligned with my LMS requirements, followed by a thorough conversation to understand what I needed and how they could support or further develop functionality to meet those needs. Simon and Barry have consistently made themselves available to answer questions, address concerns, and help work through solutions. Their support has made the entire process feel collaborative rather than transactional. I would highly recommend Superpath to anyone looking for a modern LMS backed by a team that is responsive, forward-thinking, and genuinely committed to their customers.

Pros

The platform is consistently improving, with regular updates that feel both meaningful and customer-driven. It’s clear the team listens to feedback and actively develops features that users request. The onboarding experience is smooth, structured, and highly supportive. You’re not left to figure things out alone, the team is hands-on and invested in ensuring you’re confident using the platform. The developers and support team are responsive and accessible. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received a direct, thoughtful, and effective response. It never feels transactional, they genuinely care about solving problems and supporting their customers. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to use. Most functionality can be picked up quickly without heavy training. For more complex requirements or strategic conversations, the team is always available to workshop solutions.

Cons

Because the platform is still evolving, there are occasional limitations compared to more mature LMS platforms that have been in the market for many years. That said, these gaps are short-lived. When functionality is requested, the team either provides a workaround or delivers an update in a reasonable timeframe.

SupaPath's Pathway builder is simple and easy to use. Leveraging freely available resources, such as YouTube, we are able to build customised learning paths for our teams. We have mapped our engineering career framework and now my team has visibility into what's expected in their role and what they need to do to grow and develop their skills.
