I like it. As of now, I have only utilized the software up to the Modelling feature and have not distributed any shares/options. Therefore, I am unable to comment on the user experience regarding teamwork, liquidation preference, cap, seniority structure, etc.. Pros Pie charts, nice GUI, clear menu structure, advanced mode, purple color, knowledge base. Cons Option distribution logic / nubers / how to modify numbers was the hardest to understand (natively, wh.o. reading help). Small fonts on cap table. Re-calculating is a bit slow. Benchmark data pool is a bit poor yet. Reasons for choosing Cake GUI was impressive, credible. Functions are according to professional standards. Pros i love how easy to use Cake is. and the customer support is second to none. I was very new to cap table management and share registry and Cake makes my life a breeze. Managing our cap table, investors and share certificates (as well as transferring shares) is super easy to do, visual, and it just makes sense. I used to dread digging through ASIC's dozens of portals with cryptographic logins and incomprehensible menus just to remember (or update) our company shareholders. With Cake, it's simple, and it makes managing your cap table a breeze for all parties to see. Service and onboarding is stellar. Cons Nothing I can mention.
