That's unfortunately a pattern with Zoho: they release applications that feel like public betas and then build on user feedback. After around 2 years now I would say Zoho DataPrep is very well usable and a huge help in transforming data for our BI systems. Pros Zoho DataPrep is a great tool to extract data from sources such as databases or CSV files and transform them to a format you can work with in your BI tool. For us this BI tool is Zoho Analytics where we would then create dashboards and more. Cons It can be a bit overwhelming to e.g. split 2 columns based on the content of another column. So a bit of a learning curve is required in order to make it work. But at least you can guess a lot by just right clicking on a column and seeing the various data transformation options.
