We integrated with slerp in 2020 mid pandemic, and Slerp made the entire onboarding process as easy as can be. We're huge fans of the business and couldn't recommend Slerp any more!!

My overall experience is excellent. Murat was a great lead to the set up of our page.

Pros

Slerp was very reactive from the time i contacted them. Any issue that I faced, any question, they were here for me. Now systems are working really good and I am very satisfied.

It is too bad they do not integrate all system, otherwise I would move all to Slerp.

Notifying customers their order is ready is not possible (only that the order is complete/ collected) and it is not possible to send a notification to their phone, only to their email.

Very fast to onboard and start taking orders, perfect training and new features frequently added!

The support that is given by the team! For every question you have a fast response and they have a great Help Centre too! They even have a on screen support for your questions that guide you through the process step by step!

Cons

It is based on a certain format that can not be changed easily. This is understandable since it is rolled out to every customer... It can't be bespoke but has the tools to make it as close as your own brand. Changing color, font, logos, images, descriptions...

I have had really positive experiences with Slerp, I can’t rate them highly enough! The staff are extremely accommodating. I’ve spent a lot of time dealing with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he’s been amazing!

Overall, I've had a good experience with Slerp, both using it and receiving customer support from the team at Slerp. The biweekly meetings are very helpful in bringing up issues and they are mostly fixed right on spot. I also like the constantly-improving features part of the software.

Pros

The User Interface is super user-friendly and tailored quite effectively for use by catering/food companies

Updating the backend of the website when updating weekly menus is still a very tedious task

Brilliant experience since day one. We needed a solution to process more catering orders and allow our customers to self-serve so the team could focus on the production. Customers love the online menu layout and it is easy and faster for them to order. The onboarding for us was fast and the platform has all the features the back of house team needed to streamline operations and process more orders. The Composer tool is a game changer in the team to manage our catering orders.

Pros

Easy to use backend. Our menu changes frequently and the team can update products at any time and make certain products only appear for future preorders. - Our customers find it easy for them to self-serve and we can process more orders. - We have great support from the Slerp team, they are all willing to go above and beyond to fill our needs.

Cons

We haven't come across any major issues. The team is very supportive and keen to develop any features to improve the experience for us and our customers.
