"Effortless Catering Management"

Overall: Brilliant experience since day one. We needed a solution to process more catering orders and allow our customers to self-serve so the team could focus on the production. Customers love the online menu layout and it is easy and faster for them to order. The onboarding for us was fast and the platform has all the features the back of house team needed to streamline operations and process more orders. The Composer tool is a game changer in the team to manage our catering orders.

Pros: Easy to use backend. Our menu changes frequently and the team can update products at any time and make certain products only appear for future preorders. - Our customers find it easy for them to self-serve and we can process more orders. - We have great support from the Slerp team, they are all willing to go above and beyond to fill our needs.

Cons: We haven't come across any major issues. The team is very supportive and keen to develop any features to improve the experience for us and our customers.

"The perfect D2C solution "

Pros: By owning customer data we’re able to communicate and market directly to our customers, driving repeat ordering and brand loyalty. The customer service at Slerp is incredible, with live chat whenever we need it to deal with real-time ops issues or technical questions. We’ve been able to build out our catering offer from a back-end process perspective in addition to regular ordering, leading to long-term relationships with high value customers. Our bottom line has improved hugely since using Slerp as we are now driving more volume through our own channels, therefore paying less commission.

Cons: More frequent communication on product updates because there are always lots of new features being released.

"Efficient and outstanding support"

"Excellent service"

Pros: We have been incredibly impressed with the customer support from both the technical team in helping us with a complicated set up, and the ongoing support from the customer team in responding to both our queries and those from our customers.

Cons: A couple of feature requests we have in place eg being able to remove phone number

"Great solution for restaurants "

Overall: Great experience overall and would highly recommend.

Pros: Perfect understanding of the company's challenges. Smooth set-up and proactive team. The integration with a delivery platform was the best feature of all. Great support from the team.

Cons: There isn't something I do not like. Slerp had hugely helped the business.

"Always developing product with new features"

Overall: It provides me the ability to provide my customers a great experience with the convenience of having an App. It provides me the ability to have my customers' feel different by having loyalty, exclusive products and discounts.

Pros: Very user friendly, quick to complete. Tools to see performance, Team is always available for support and share new ideas to improve sales. Always developing features.

Cons: Too many features can be a bit confusing at first but with their support team instant response and help centre articles it is easy to get back into track!

"B Bagel Team X Slerp"

Overall: I like working with slerp and even though things may not be always perfect, I'm confident that slerp will action at the earliest opportunity and always are improving

Pros: progressive nature and client first attitude with a swift respond time. Slerp team and Stella are one of the best agency teams I've worked with.

Cons: lack of focus, it can feel like Slerp are trying hard but without a clear focus

"Slerp for small business support"

Overall: Very good overall. It really helped our business overall management for pick up and Delivery service

Pros: Seamless features and responsive support

Cons: Customer journey on app to be improved as at times it’s confusing for clients where to go specially for live offers

"A successful 6 months"

Overall: We've been using Slerp for 6 months now across multiple locations and seen great uptake from our customers.

Pros: A system that offers end to end support so we don't have to deal with Uber drivers if there are any issues. In comparison to our normal marketplaces we're able to receive all customer information!

Cons: More marketing campaign support based on success stories from other partners of Slerp. We have used the flyers and leaflets recommended which have been great but would like more information!

"IP Finance"

Overall: Really good, haven't dealt much with regards to initial set up but service after has been good, attentive and always developing

Pros: Simple, clean and easy to use. Incredible account manager

"Great solution for hospitality business "

"Slerp for online ordering"

Pros: It was super easy to set up and start selling. Delivery has been a big part. The support team have been fantastic.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of, it's all been amazing.

"D2C delivery & catering - overall, very good experience"

Overall: Very good overall, the onboarding and account set-up team are great.

Pros: Very easy to use and customer service has been great

Cons: That they do not offer a subscription offering as part of the loyalty programme, could have more input on driving D2C sales
