"Effortless Catering Management"
Overall: Brilliant experience since day one. We needed a solution to process more catering orders and allow our customers to self-serve so the team could focus on the production. Customers love the online menu layout and it is easy and faster for them to order. The onboarding for us was fast and the platform has all the features the back of house team needed to streamline operations and process more orders. The Composer tool is a game changer in the team to manage our catering orders.
Pros: Easy to use backend. Our menu changes frequently and the team can update products at any time and make certain products only appear for future preorders. - Our customers find it easy for them to self-serve and we can process more orders. - We have great support from the Slerp team, they are all willing to go above and beyond to fill our needs.
Cons: We haven't come across any major issues. The team is very supportive and keen to develop any features to improve the experience for us and our customers.
"The perfect D2C solution "
Pros: By owning customer data we’re able to communicate and market directly to our customers, driving repeat ordering and brand loyalty. The customer service at Slerp is incredible, with live chat whenever we need it to deal with real-time ops issues or technical questions. We’ve been able to build out our catering offer from a back-end process perspective in addition to regular ordering, leading to long-term relationships with high value customers. Our bottom line has improved hugely since using Slerp as we are now driving more volume through our own channels, therefore paying less commission.
Cons: More frequent communication on product updates because there are always lots of new features being released.

Overall: We've been using Slerp for 6 months now across multiple locations and seen great uptake from our customers.
Pros: A system that offers end to end support so we don't have to deal with Uber drivers if there are any issues. In comparison to our normal marketplaces we're able to receive all customer information!
Cons: More marketing campaign support based on success stories from other partners of Slerp. We have used the flyers and leaflets recommended which have been great but would like more information!
