Pros

L'équipe est très réactive et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le back office est simple d'utilisation et facile à prendre en main.

Cons

Les possibilités de personnalisation restent limitées. Il n'est pas possible de façonner une application selon ce qu'on imagine : un modèle unique dont on peut changer les couleurs mais pas beaucoup plus pour l'instant.

Très facile à utiliser même pour des personnes peut habituer à l'informatique. Il est aussi intuitif pour les utilisateurs visés !

Cons

A ma dernière utilisation, il manquait une option de menu déroulant des favoris mais qui a peut être été ajouté depuis.

Chapitô est une société dynamique et très réactive. Nous avons utilisé leur application mobile dans le cadre du festival ProPulse, une semaine de spectacles Arts de la scène. L'utilisation du back-office est accessible et assez simple, le résultat se voit immédiatement. Les retombées sont très positives. Je recommande cette équipe! Belle collaboration et bon contact!

Cons

Une plus grande intégration d'autres outils serait utile: -chat pour développer son réseau, -notes qu'on rédige pendant son festival -galerie photo

L'équipe de Chapitô nous a parfaitement accompagné tout au long de la réalisation de notre application. De la première réunion commerciale à la fin de notre évènement, l'écoute et les judicieux conseils nous ont permis de réussir notre communication digitale. L'application est ergonomique, rapide, fonctionnelle. Elle a beaucoup plus au public. L'équipe Chapitô a même pu adapter son outil pour permettre de rentrer 100% des évènements de manière automatisée. En plus c'est local, et ca n'a rien a envier à d'autres solutions venant de l'autre coté de l'atlantique ... Je re-commande fortement !

Pros

L'import automatisé des événements par fichier CSV. La rapidité du Back Office et son ergonomie (il n'y a pas XX pages). Les possibilités graphiques (juste ce qu'il faut). La gestion des médias. La carte de géolocalisation.

Cons

Honnêtement (nous avons 14 lieux, 71 spectacles et 111 représentations, sur 6 jours, c'est donc assez complexe) rien n'a été bloquant ou limité !

Reasons for choosing Chapitô

Depuis 2017 nous utilisions Greencopper, la référence pour les festivals. Mais cette année, les dirigeants de Greencopper ne voulaient plus de client à moins de 5000€ (le process étant éprouvé, nous étions rentables portant...). J'ai donc recherché une autre solution. Chapitô n'a rien a envier ! La solution est parfaite, moins complexe dans le système d'options payantes, et locale !

Nous collaborons depuis 2021 avec Chapitô qui réalise l'application mobile de Jazz à Vienne. Le BackOffice est simple et intuitif, la formule est un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons l'équipe qui est à l'écoute, disponible et motivée.

Cons

Le temps de chargement de certains contenus peut être amélioré.

Un service de qualité, qui cherche à se diversifier et à se développer. À l'écoute du client et de ses envies. Un très bonne disponibilité. Le back office reste très instinctif et facile d'utilisation.

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités manquent encore une mauvaise lecture sur la version Apple

Très agréable de travailler avec l'équipe de Chapitô, dont ceux que j'ai pu rencontrer sont réactifs et engagés. Sur différents projets d'applications mobile, ils se sont montrés à l'écoute et l'accompagnement a été à la hauteur des espérances.
