Da freelance spesso lavori “a sensazione”, mentre WETHOD ti costringe a ragionare in modo più strutturato su tempi, costi e sostenibilità. I dati sono sempre aggiornati e coerenti, e questo rende le decisioni più rapide e consapevoli. È molto utile anche per monitorare il carico di lavoro del team e le performance dei progetti, migliorando la pianificazione e riducendo inefficienze. La possibilità di gestire in un unico sistema CRM, project management e conto economico permette di avere una visione d’insieme chiara e aggiornata sull’andamento dei progetti e delle attività. Trovo particolarmente utile la disponibilità di dati integrati e aggiornati in tempo reale, che aiutano a monitorare le performance commerciali, la produttività, la salute dei progetti e la distribuzione del team. Questo facilita la lettura delle informazioni e supporta i processi decisionali in modo più rapido e consapevole. Un altro aspetto positivo è che lo strumento incentiva una gestione più autonoma e responsabile dei progetti da parte del team, contribuendo a rendere i processi più snelli e a mantenere dati coerenti e aderenti alla realtà operativa. As a hybrid between architectural practice and construction company, we always struggled in keeping records of where our time went. And also, how much a project actually cost, at the end. Now we are (quite) disciplined, we file our timesheet (almost) regularly and we upload all the invoices related to a single project. Pros It's great for keeping track of how many hours were spent on a project, along with the extrernal costs. Cons Some of the names given to the sections are not 100% intuitive. I would also love to have a quick overview of how much a project has cost so far or in total (once it's completed). Now you have to manually add the worked hours' cost to the external costs. We adopted it from day one, and I'm confident the tool has played a huge role in helping us develop a thoughtful, data-driven business mindset. I always look forward to the release of new features because, fundamentally, I'm very excited when we can adopt them to put Wethod even more at the heart of our agency. Pros The level of control and monitoring we provide at the margin level of each individual project; knowing which types of projects earn us the most and where we earn the least allows us to understand where we can improve and where we can already allocate most of our energy. Furthermore, the depth and breadth of the data it makes available (sometimes via a database export) allows me to carry out all the in-depth analyses I can think of in terms of management control. Another thing I really like is the ability to share the financial data available on Wethod with the entire team so that the health of the agency is always available to everyone. Cons Given my role, I'd like them to develop a more streamlined CRM and pipeline. We also struggle to use Wethod's features to create a "home" for the project; currently, the core project functions (documents, analyses, outputs—whether shared with the client or not) are still in Google Workspace. With wethod, we found a fully integrated solution which includes a basic CRM (good enough for our needs), a full-fledged project and task management tool, and provides financial data both aggregated (company P&L) and split at the individual project level. Wethod also has a handy "desk" area where alerts are displayed, letting the project manager know if there is something that needs their attention. Pros There is pretty much no other tool on the market that allows you to track every aspect of a project-based company, from the first economic offer to the final invoice, including time tracking, task management and company financials. We tried Monday, Asana, ClickUp and a bunch of others before landing on Wethod, which has been with us for 3+ years now. Cons While I love the software, the UI could be a bit better, and there is a bit of a learning curve to it. Reasons for choosing WETHOD It's possibly the only tool designed for a project-based company, which doesn't require cross-referencing different softwares to get a good grip on overall company performance. Pros IL prodotto fa della sulla visione a 360° la sua caratteristica fondante. Se si considerano le singole funzionalità puntualmente, ci sono prodotti migliori, anche nella stessa fascia prezzo, ma Wethod è probabilmente l'unica soluzione che permette di avere una visione che va dalla gestione della sales pipeline alla visione del P&L, dal monitoraggio della marginalità dei progetti alla pianificazione delle risorse, dal monitoraggio dei pagamenti delle fatture all'ottimizzazione della produttività del team. Il team di sviluppo inoltre è super disponibile e reattivo a qualunque spunto, oltre che veloce nel rilascio dei vari upgrade. Cons La parte di sales pipeline è migliorabile, ma pare sia in fase di rilascio la nuova versione. La componente di project management invece è appena accennata, al momento. Pochi se non nessuno dei tanti tools che abbiamo provato è in grado di fornire questo livello di dettaglio nella gestione. L'assistenza clienti è poi fenomenale.
