Pros It's very easy to use. I like it more than AdobeSign and Dcusign bcause it is very straight forward. Cons The tool Ui and Interphase looks professional. The name also carries a form of professionalism as well and I can attest to using it to sign very reputable contracts so for me the main concern is known brand name recognition needs to grow, though this is a pain point for many electronic signature companies outside Docusign and Adobe Sign. Pros This tool has made it so easy to get contracts to customers for review and signing. They love that they don't have to print, scan and upload files. We love that there is a clear record that can be referenced if needed. I also really appreciate the template feature which makes getting standard contracts out very quick. Cons I think signers should have a tool to redline and comment on a contract if there are issues they need to have reviewed. Pros I like that I am able to save templates, add recipients, be able to set the signing order, and assign an expiration date. Cons I don't like that if the expiration date has passed, I am unable to override and extend it. Instead I have to create a new customer. I also do not like that if I don't mark the field as mandatory, the program skips it. This has caused me to send back documents. This happens on fields where users have to check the box or make a selection. I am unable to mark all the boxes mandatory since not all options may be applicable to the user.
