Pros I like that I am able to save templates, add recipients, be able to set the signing order, and assign an expiration date. Cons I don't like that if the expiration date has passed, I am unable to override and extend it. Instead I have to create a new customer. I also do not like that if I don't mark the field as mandatory, the program skips it. This has caused me to send back documents. This happens on fields where users have to check the box or make a selection. I am unable to mark all the boxes mandatory since not all options may be applicable to the user. Pros BoldSign was easy to use, and at a small scale it was free to use. It had more than enough capacity for daily credit, making it easy to add signature fields to a document, add comments before sending and I liked that you could see if a document had been viewed. Cons For sending out esignature documents, it felt a little unsophisticated because you just drag and drop a signature field over a PDF. It worked just fine, but the image quality felt slightly reduced, so could be perceived as less professional.
