For instance getting a signature from a remote owner without having to send them something they have to print then rescan. Big time saver. Pros Boldsign is a great value for the money. It's very easy to use. Customer Service is great. They have checked in with me to see what my needs are and have also helped provide advice on how to save money. Setting up the templates is also very easy. Cons The website can be a little difficult to find things. Sometimes I spend a lot of time looking for a document. It takes some time to navigate use of the system, but works well once you figure it out for obtaining document signatures when we need to do this online. Cons Navigating where to find PDFs we have uploaded and used and how to re-edit them when needed. I am doing better with this now. I found BoldSign and was immediately able to intuit how to set up a document. AND the price was better than the other company. I had a few questions and between their chat and email support, help was and is readily available. Pros It's easy to use, affordable and the customer support is remarkable! The website is very well designed. It's super easy to use and you can easily see who has yet to sign, who has signed, who has viewed a document and easily send a reminder text. It's all very well thought out. Cons Nothing. Every aspect has been great. From the support asking questions about the different plans they offer to follow up. Customer support is A+, answering my concerns very promptly with attention to detail. Document management is easy, templates are convenient and signatures are easy to capture from clients. Cons In addition to my template names, I wish that I could see a thumbnail of my templates, when ordering them in my document. This would make the sequencing of the different PDF's a little easier. I am able to get electronic signatures and and forms completed all while being HIPAA compliant with a BAA on file for my records. It is cost efficient and just what I needed. Cons I do not have any cons at this time. Will update if needed. Everything seems to work just fine. So far it's perfect for me.
