Since then I have most of my co-workers working on Boldsign. BoldSign also does periodic checks with customers which is not something I see a whole lot out there. Pros Very efficient and user friendly platform at a very reasonable price. The customer experience is very smooth when signing documents. I have yet to explore templates which I have been told are very easy to use. Definitely made my life easy getting my agreements signed. Cons Sometimes I have had customers not getting the email or have to re-send in order for them to get it. These are one offs. I did not sign up as I only needed the feature occasionally. I have e-sign ability to a packaged case management subscription. Other companies will get you on their service just to later let you know you only get 100 signature requests before you have to pay more. Cons BoldSign will glitch occasionally with the signature requests we send out. Its not a perfect service but it does the job fairly well. I also like how easy it is to use a pdf as a template. The customer service representative reached out to me to recommend an addition to our plan to save us money. I was very happy with \[sensitive content hidden\] customer service. She made the process seem personal and professional. Cons I wish the SMS was included in the normal packages, or have a package that includes SMS. Even though I would like SMS to be a part of a standard package, they did reach out to me to add it to my contract. I will stick with them the next time I need to get stuff e-signed! Pros The user interface is very easy to master, even for someone who is new to creating electronic documents for signing. My workflow involves sending signature requests to 100+ people at a time and BoldSign works perfectly. My counterparties have no problems with signing at all. I appreciated the free trial to test the premium features before signing up. Getting the paid account set up was quite fuss-free, and customer/sales support was very strong. They replied to me within an hour when I had trouble sending out a mass signature request and solved the issue promptly. I have used several e-signature tools in the past (last one being used for several years before switching to BoldSign). The experience has been seamless, and customer support has been fantastic. What I love about the product: -ease of use -multi-signer and routing -great options for verficiation (SMS, ID, etc.) -proper ID verification (vs someone just being able to take a picture of anything) - yes, there is a cost to it, but a very reasonable cost per verification and a great option to have -great customization options on branding, emails, reminders, etc. -awesome to have the ability to edit an envelope or reroute it to a different recipient without having to start from scratch if a mistake is noticed before signing -great dashboard -great reminder options -nice to have a custom domain option Cons/Features that I would love to see in the future -I would love to have a couple more options on dates customizations -no ability to create preset tags within a doc on a web app (although can do through API if dealing with a custom/dev workflow) -would love to see a couple more improvement/customization options for automatic file naming post-signing -Not all documents are listed in the request e-mail, and only the name of the first document attached is listed within the e-signature request e-mail (although it may have multiple documents attached) Although there are still features that would be 'nice to have', this is still a fantastic product and superior to other products I have used. Pros This is an excellent electronic signature and form completion service for my small business. They offer attractive low cost services that fill my needs. I use the service to have tenants complete lease agreements. It is easy to use with my own contract templates. It provides options to identify form fields and assign them to different potential recipients. The service provides good messaging to me and the customer when forms are available and when they have been completed. I can also view the status of any document on the web dashboard. The service also provides an evidence log of interaction with the form and signatures by the associated parties Cons I do not have any complaints about this service. I highly recommend it for any small business looking to cut costs without sacrificing professionalism. Pros The dashboard is clean, modern, and very easy to navigate. I didn't need a tutorial to figure out how to send my first document. Also, setting up an account and sending a document for signature takes just a few minutes. The process is streamlined and friction-free. My clients find it very easy to sign documents on their phones or computers without creating an account. Cons My main grapple is with organization—I wish I could group my templates into folders, as it gets messy after you create a few dozen. Because the other service could not provide an easy solution to my problem, I decided to try other options. Not only did I find BoldSign very easy to use, I also picked up several additional features for the same price point as my other provider. My clients that couldn't receive my documents got them from BoldSign on the first try and I haven't looked back. Pros The interface is so well thought out I was able to use it in my workflow right away without a learning curve. It is so intuitive. Adding my branding without breaking the bank was also a huge plus. I also like the option to send via email and in a text message. Cons I have not found a Con for my use case. They make the system easy enough so people have different options I can make a link last for 6 months or edit them all. The links can go out to multiple people so i don't need to make 100 i love that part. Pros I enjoy being able to access my documents instantly when everyone has signed them. The software sends to both parties which makes my job easier. This software does make it so i can get paperwork out as soon as i need to do it. The cost is not bad they give you different things to choose from the value for the money is perfect. Having templates makes my life so much easier I just grab the link and send it to the client. The contract signing (we call it service agreement) is so simple. It makes it so clients can sign up fast. Cons The hardest part was learning the system but after I got the hang of it i had no issues.
