Pros What I liked most about DigiAssess is that it fully meets assessment requirements while offering flexibility in exam design. The ability to align questions with institutional, course, and session objectives, conduct real-time item analysis, and maintain a structured question bank makes assessment planning efficient and academically sound. The platform also allows thorough review before publishing, and the technical support is consistently reliable and helpful. Cons I found that there are occasional detection issues with SAQ and CSAQ question types. I believe there is no more attendance tracking for online lectures. At the state I experienced Digival I would say It was a decent Platform and with enough tweaks to make the design more intuitive and platform more stable, I would be able to recommend it more strongly Pros Digival had sophisticated Face Recognition for Attendance and helped streamline the process. Uploading Assignments and downloading Lectures were all streamlined. My most favorite feature was having a consistent app to check my schedule and it is updated constantly by Professors incase of changes which can't be done with the usual manual method. Pros DigiAssess is a strong choice for secure online testing. Its robust security measures prevent access to unauthorized websites, applications, maintaining the integrity of assessments. The exam authentication check includes a choice of email/password or facial recognition. The ability to add extra exam time to students when required. Assessment analysis reports automatically generated after exam. Provides defined access levels for admins, faculty, reviewers, and students. Moreover, DigiVal’s customer service has consistently been responsive and extremely helpful whenever support was needed. Thanks to Dr. Helen! Cons I’ve been using DigiAssess as part of our academic assessment process, and while it has many strong features, there are a few areas that could be improved. It provides the choice of using different exam items. Helps in categorizing the items according to the institutional, course & session objectives. It also provides a platform for meticulous review before publishing the exam. It provides the item analysis in real time. It helps in maintaining a question bank which can be used in the future. It is very convenient to conduct formative assessment for every day sessions. Helpful technical help is always available. Cons Requires the blue print to be uploaded before the exam is uploaded. DigiAssess helped save time, was easy to use, and worked well for different types of tests. I would definitely recommend it to others who need a good tool for assessments. Pros I liked how easy it was to use. Creating and setting up assessments was simple, and students found it easy to use too. It made the whole process smoother for both teachers and students. Cons There’s nothing I disliked about the tool itself. The only problem was that it didn’t work well in the basement during skill lab sessions because of poor internet, but that wasn’t the app’s fault.
