"Game changing for collecting online payments in Asia"
Overall: As a ecommerce business, we found it particularly challenging to grow in the APAC region due to the multiple local payment methods we had to integrate. XanPay aggregated all the different APMs across the whole region and was an absolute game changer!
Pros: Having local payments in countries such as Phillipines, Singapore, Indonesia etc has allowed our business grow and serve customers that previously we couldn't service! Not everyone has access to credit cards in Asia and XanPay has provided an awesome solution for us.
Cons: KYC process could be improved but the customer service team was very transparent and communicated very well throughout the process.

Overall: Very inexpensive way to grow our businesses in APAC region by providing alternative payment method options to customers.
Pros: We use XanPay for our ecommerce sites in countries where credit cards are not widely accesible. One plugin enables us to collect payments in 12 regions across APAC!
Cons: The reporting tools could be improved. It would be a nice to have more options to personalize reports

Overall: Through XanPay I am able to offer new customers the chance to pay using local payment methods. We have grew our revenue by being able to serve customers that we previously were unable to service in the APAC region.
Pros: Enable our business to collect payments from new customers that do not necessarily have access to credit cards in the APAC region.
Cons: I haven't found anything to complain about so far. Service has been great!
