They made empty promises. Something as simple as being able to assign multiple unassigned driving events at once was always promised and never implemented. Pros Their tablet for the drivers was user friendly. Cons Their customer service was terrible. It would take forever to fix a problem. Every time there was an update you could guarantee a mass outage for your units. Switched from [Omnitracs One](https://www.capterra.com/p/70751/Omnitracs-Roadnet-Routing/) Omnitracs was falling behind in technology and their customer service was lacking. Alternatives considered [People First](https://www.capterra.com/p/196140/People-First/) Reasons for choosing ORBCOMM Price and user friendly.
