Em geral tem sido uma experiência bom, mas contamos com a melhora desses pontos negativos para que possa se tornar uma ferramenta excelente.

Pros

Existem diversas ferramentas e integrações que facilitam muito tarefas repetitivas de extrema importância. É possível separar e gerenciar muito bem as postagens para os devidos usuários. O feed é muito intuitivo e claro, melhorando o trabalho da comunicação da empresa.

Cons

O Chat sem dúvidas foi uma decepção, apesar de não ser o foco do site nós contamos com ele como ferramenta de comunicação entre colaboradores. Porém ele muito deixa a desejar por conta de bugs de atualização, problema com notificação e ausência de recursos.

Suporte, sempre é rapido e sempre disposto a resolver os problemas que surgem. Ferramentas sempre possui melhorias e novas versões. Usabilidad

Cons

A atualização do organograma, sempre temos dificuldades de importar via planilha e mesmo após várias conferencias sempre dar erro. Quando apenas baixamos a planilha e subimos ela não sobe. Se conseguisse subir dentro do funcionário o gestor imediato e depois criasse o organograma seria um caminho mais rápido.

É uma ótima plataforma que pode auxiliar na comunicação da sua empresa. Possui alguns erros, como qualquer meio de comunicação, mas o suporte costuma atender rapidamente.

Pros

O maior benefício é poder reunir diversas ferramentas em um único lugar. Com a Beehome, diminuímos o ruído na comunicação da nossa empresa e ainda podemos nos apoiar em ferramentas de gameficação para incentivar os colaboradores a utilizarem a plataforma.

Cons

Por conter uma grande quantidade de ferramentas, é possível perceber que algumas ganham uma maior atenção comparada à outras, o que resulta, algumas vezes, em problemas de uso.

Nossa experiencia tem sido muito positiva, ainda estamos novos na plataforma, e não implementamos todas as ferramentas, mas já temos muitos planos para elas.

Pros

A interação entre os funcionários, ela acontece de forma natural. a plataforma é muito parecida com o Facebook, então praticamente todo mundo sabe como usar, e ela realmente é facil e intuitiva.

Cons

Sentimos falta de um aplicativo para computador, dedicado para o chat. Não que seja ruim usar o chat no navegador, mas as notificações do navegador que deixam a desejar.

São muitas ferramentas e acabamos não utilizando/conhecendo. Precisamos entender melhor os relatórios, acho de difícil compreensão pegar/encontrar os números.

Tem sido interessante, sinto que ainda é uma plataforma em desenvolvimento mas seria interessante termos uma visão das implementações previstas nos próximos 90 dias.

É uma experiencia relevante, as vezes temos dificuldade com o suporte via e-mail, mas nada que uma reunião online não se resolva.

A plataforma está em constante atualização, isso eu acho muito importante

Cons

Eu não gosto do videowall, sempre trava nas TV´s se eu coloco mais de um vídeo rodando ao mesmo tempo. Também sugeri uma melhoria na exportação dos comentários em notícias e não tive mais respostas a não sei a padrão.
