Makkelijk in gebruik, makkelijk aan te passen naar eigen wensen. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Elk jaar nieuwe licentie, dus geen verlengingen waar je niet op zit te wachten

Cons

geen op dit moment, enige wat ik zou kunnen bedenken dat ik wel iets langer van te voren zou willen weten dat de licentie gaat vervallen.

Wij gebruiken Fabreasy al jaren en zijn zeer tevreden over het eenvoudige gebruik. Wij besparen hierdoor ok pakken briefpapier wat goed is voor het milieu

Wij gebruiken de software voor onze brieven, rapportages en facturen waar nodig. Eenmaal de basis beginselen onder de knie is het erg makkelijk werken. Het bespaart papier en tijd en het ziet er professioneel uit richting onze klanten waarbij de functie digitale handtekening het af maakt. Nog lang niet alle functies in gebruik maar dat zal er tzt nog wel van gaan komen. Mocht je er ondanks alle instructies niet uit komen of een specifieke vraag hebben dan wordt er snel en adequaat gereageerd.

Pros

Prijs kwaliteit is dik in orde. Ook zonder veel kennis van automatisering/software is het prima te gebruiken.

Cons

Ik heb nog geen grote nadelen kunnen ontdekken.

Aantal jaren geleden op zoek gegaan naar een product wat een PDF met huisstijl kon bijmengen. In mijn werk als IT consultant dit toegepast gezien in bedrijven en dat wilde ik ook. In mijn zoektocht Fabreasy tegengekomen en paste wat functionaliteit met mijn wensen tegen een lage prijs. Sindsdien wordt Fabreasy met alle tevredenheid gebruikt.

Pros

Het belangrijkste is dat ik nu zonder papier met huisstijl al mijn communicatie naar prospecten en klanten digitaal in mijn huisstijl kan doen. De software geïntegreerd is in MS Office waardoor heel eenvoudig offertes, facturen e.d. opgeslagen kunnen worden in een PDF-bestand met huissstijl

Voor de doeleinden waarvoor het gebruikt wordt geen nadelen.

De functie om pdf's te kunnen samenvoegen met behoud van kwaliteit is voor mij het belangrijkste voordeel van deze software. Na het installeren en instellen werkt dit snel en gemakkelijk. Precies wat we nodig hebben!

Cons

Ik heb voor mij gevoel aardig wat tijd gestoken in het ondervinden van het juiste gebruik van fabreasy. De video uitleg hielp daarbij, echter kwam ik er alsnog niet direct uit. Daarnaast zou het fijn zijn als je de optie hebt om het jaarlijks te verlengen met automatische incasso, in het geval je niet beschikt over een zakelijke iDeal betaling. Zo bestaat er geen kans dat de licentie tijdelijk niet meer geldig is, wat natuurlijk altijd op een ongelegen moment valt ;-)

Heel goed! Het doet precies wat ik wil en waar ik naar opzoek was.

Pros

Ik gebruik de software om mijn logo in hoge kwaliteit op mijn digitale documenten te krijgen. Vooral vanuit excel gingen voorheen de afbeeldingen in kwaliteit en positie overal heen. Nu is het altijd strak, hoge resolutie en netjes.

Cons

Als ik afdruk via Fabreasy dan kost dit wel wat tijd. Ik zit altijd even te wachten.

Ik gebruik Fabreasy met name om offertes en werkbonnen via Excel af te drukken op briefpapier. Voorheen moest dat via de printer, nu is dat via een paar klikken geregeld en worden de documenten direct in de juiste map opgeslagen.

Pros

\+ het programmma is zeer makkelijk in gebruik en doet wat het moet doen + met vragen krijg je snel antwoord en wordt je goed geholpen + Fabreasy maakt het afdrukken op briefpapier voor mij een stuk gemakkelijker dan ik voorheen gewend was om te doen

Cons

Ik heb nog geen nadelen van dit product ervaren

Toen ik jaren terug moeite had de licentie te verlengen, stuurde ik een mailtje naar de ontwikkelaar. Binnen 5 minuten was het gepiept. Ik mocht het bedrag zelf overmaken en de licentie was verlengd. Het automatisch verlengen werkt nu wel bij mij. Zal toen wel iets fout gedaan hebben.

Pros

Ik maak voor mijn vrouw ook de facturen. Het is simpel om een ander sjabloon te kiezen en voilà haar briefpapier staat op de factuur.

Cons

Ik ken er eigenlijk geen. Behalve dat ik net zo lief een levenslange licentie zou willen hebben. Dan word ik niet verrast dat ik moet verlengen. 2 jaar zijn zo voorbij.

Aardig bedrijf, met makkelijk maar perfecte tool om als PFD op briefpapier documenten op te slaan.

Pros

Het programma werkt simpel en snel en is voor iedereen makkelijk te gebruiken.

Cons

Qua functionaliteit geen klagen, misschien zou het ontwerp van het programma en menu's wat meer naar 2021 getrokken mogen worden. Maar voegt voor gebruik niks toe.

Wij gebruiken Fabreasy PDF Creator om jaarrapporten op briefpapier te genereren. Dit werkt fantastisch en op deze manier krijg je een mooi digitaal rapport zonder dat er een printer aan te pas komt.

Pros

Wij gebruiken het product voornamelijk om rapporten te genereren. Verder nog om brieven vanuit Word direct op briefpapier digitaal te printen. Dit werkt na de uitleg te hebben gelezen (en gezien op Youtube) vrij eenvoudig. Wij zouden momenteel niet meer zonder kunnen en zullen ook de overige functionaliteiten eens verder onderzoeken.

Cons

De handtekening kan ik op 1 vaste plaats in het document plaatsen en anders moet ik het per document handmatig aanpassen. Dit is begrijpelijk en nauwelijks een nadeel te noemen. En misschien gebruik ik de software wel verkeerd op dat gebied en dan verneem ik dit graag.

Voorheen moest ik om een Exel document te voorzien van Logo en aanverwanten via een overlay veel handelingen verrichten om dit voor elkaar te krijgen. Sinds ik Fabreasy gebruik is dit vereenvoudigd naar een éénknops actie. Dat scheelt uiteindelijk veel handelingen en tijd.

Pros

Het grote pluspunt is de eenvoud in het gebruik. Eenmaal goed ingesteld heb je met één druk op de knop de juiste PDF gemaakt

Cons

tot nu toe voldoet dit product aan mijn verwachtingen, is functioneel en eenvoudig te bedienen. Tot nu toe nog geen nadelen mogen ervaren.

We brengen de jaarrekeningen met deze software digitaal ondertekend uit.

Cons

Er zijn geen nadelen aan deze software. Als ik dan toch iets moet bedenken is een telefonische helpdesk wel handig.
