L'accompagnement de \[contenu sensible caché\] nous a permis une bonne prise en main de l'outil. Nous avons pu ensemble adapter Furious à nos besoins. Leur suivi régulier était appréciable car il n'est jamais évident de changer d'outil.

Pros

J'apprécie la large palette de fonctionnalités qu'offre Furious. Grâce à Furious, désormais, la plupart de nos outils sont regroupés dans un seul et même logiciel.

Cons

L'ergonomie du logiciel ne permet pas toujours de naviguer facilement surtout au début quand on n'a pas encore nos habitudes.

J'en suis ravi. Je cherchais depuis longtemps un logiciel capable d'intégrer tout ce que FURIOUS fait sans être une grosse machine complexe et moche ! Le design est beau et fonctionnel. Le tout adapté au petite entreprise (comme moi) comme les plus grosses.

Pros

Tout se retrouve au même endroit (devis, projet, facture, CRM...) le tout de façon simple, efficace, et optimisé (UI/UX) pour un gros gain de temps. Le support est réactif et pro. L'utilisation de l'IA permet de faire beaucoup de tâches complexe en très peu de temps.

Cons

Quelques détails d'ergonomie, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Surtout que les commentaires sont toujours pris en considération.

Cela fait maintenant plus de 1 an que nous avons entièrement pivoté sur Furious. Nous ne changerons pas de logiciel tant nous sommes satisfaits de la solution mais aussi des humains qui composent l’équipe.

Pros

Nous recherchions depuis longtemps un outil complet (CRM + ERP) pour notre agence. Nous avons au cours des dernières années testés bon nombre de logiciels mais aucun n’étaient fait pour notre métier. L’approche sectoriel de Furious offre une expertise métier sans précédent.

Cons

Les automatisations de prospection de masse (tel que le déclenchement des automatisations sur plusieurs jours pour les séquences e-mail ne sont pas encore totalement automatisées : changement de statut du prospect) mais les solutions évoluent beaucoup et nous voyons du mieux très régulièrement.

Notre expérience avec Furious a globalement été très positive. L’outil nous a permis de structurer davantage notre pilotage interne, de renforcer la traçabilité des temps et d’améliorer la visibilité sur la rentabilité par projet. Ne aps faire l'impasse sur de grandes sessions d'onboarding ets nécessaire pour tirer pleinement parti de la richesse fonctionnelle de la solution. C’est un outil qui convient très bien à une structure d’agence digitale avec une organisation par projets, pôles ou métiers.

Pros

Furious offre une solution totalement pensée pour les agences, avec un choix ESN ou agence classique. la couverture fonctionnelle est très complète, notamment en matière de pilotage de projet, de suivi des temps, de gestion de la rentabilité et de facturation. L’intégration entre les différents modules (CRM, production, finance) est plutot simple et fluide et permet une tres bonne vision de l’activité. La réactivité du support (Merci Aline) sont également des points très positifs.

Cons

Ca reste neanmoins un progiciel qu'il faut prendre en main, et pour lequel le paramétrage n'est pas hyper simple. Il ne faut donc pas lésiner sur la préparation des datas et la formation. Autre point, l’interface utilisateur, bien que fonctionnelle, pourrait bénéficier d’une ergonomie plus claire sur certains écrans. Trop d'infos est parfois contradictoire avec l'objectif recherché. Heureusement, dans les dashboards personnalisés, on peut choisir de minimiser certaines infos. Certaines fonctionnalités demandent aussi un temps d’adoption qui peut prendre plusieurs mois aussi. Enfin, la facturation pourrait etre plus ergonomique dans la presentation des choix mais j'ai compris que ce point la evoluait en permanenece.

Le reporting qui n'est pas encore tout à fait stabilisé. Il faut d'adapter au proposition qui sont faite dans l'outil. Elles sont pertinentes mais demandes un temps d'appropriation.

C’est un ERP que l'on a adopté pour centraliser notre gestion et ça a fait une vraie différence. Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement : - La vision claire sur la rentabilité de chaque projet, - La gestion du temps et des ressources, - Un gain de temps énorme sur le suivi de facturation par le comptable et les collaborateurs.

Pros

La fluidité, la rapidité de prise en main, tout est au même endroit (devis, projets, factures, RH, CRM..)

Cons

Quelques paramêtres qui aujourd'hui ne sont pas encore accessibles mais qui sont minimes. Ce sont des petits paramêtres qui n'empêche en rien l'utilisation du logiciel

Cons

Cet outil peut toutefois être long et difficile à prendre en main pour un débutant, au moins les premiers temps.

Il Programma è intuitivo, all'inizio necessita di formazione in quanto da soli è difficile comprendere tutte le caratteristiche ma una volta capito facilita veramente il lavoro e aumenta la produttività
