Les équipes sont toujours à l'écoute et le support est particulièrement réactif, il est toujours disponible pour nous accompagner et trouver des solutions adaptées. Depuis que nous avons déployé Furious au sein de la société, nous avons été très bien accompagné par \[caché sensible contenu\] qui s'occupe très bien de nous, et nous répond très rapidement. Très bonne collaboration. L'outil nous facilite le quotidien.

Pros

Très bon outil de suivi de projet, suivi des temps passés, rédaction de devis, émission des factures, gestion des achats par projet. C'est un outil complet facilitant la collaboration sur les projets.

Cons

Le plus délicat pour l'équipe, au vu du temps à y passer, fut l'apprentissage par le biais de vidéos à regarder pour bien prendre en main l'outil.

Mon expérience globale avec FURIOUS est très positive. La prise en main a été rapide grâce à une interface intuitive. J’ai également apprécié le réel suivi et l’accompagnement de toute l’équipe, toujours disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui a facilité le déploiement et l’utilisation du logiciel.

Pros

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’interface conviviale et intuitive de FURIOUS, qui facilite sa prise en main. L’accès aux API permet de récupérer facilement les données pour les intégrer à nos outils. C’est également un logiciel français, complet et bien adapté aux besoins d’une entreprise.

Cons

Je n’ai pas identifié de point particulier qui soit bloquant pour l’adoption de FURIOUS. Comme tout logiciel, certaines fonctionnalités pourraient encore être améliorées, mais dans l’ensemble, je n’ai rencontré aucun inconvénient majeur.

On réfléchit ensemble à la meilleure façon d'intégrer l'outil en fonction de notre organisation, il s'adapte à nos besoins et se rend disponible très facilement. C'est un vrai plaisir de travailler avec lui et il apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée (parole du \[caché sensible contenu\]). Concernant l'outil, il est extrêmement complet : CRM, devis, gestion de projets, suivi des tâches, planification, feuilles de temps, facturation… tout est centralisé au même endroit. C'est un vrai gain de temps au quotidien et surtout va permettre un pilotage beaucoup plus précis et fluide Petit coup de cœur également pour l'agent IA. Avec un outil aussi riche, on peut parfois hésiter sur la marche à suivre, et le chat IA me permet de trouver la réponse dans environ 80 % des cas. Pour le reste, l'équipe support est très réactive et me répond généralement dans la journée.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de Furious, tant sur l'outil que sur l'équipe d'accompagnement (merci à \[caché sensible contenu\] !). L'intégration s'est bien passée, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix et nous n'avons pas de retours expressément négatifs de l'équipe, ce qui signifie que tout va bien.

Pros

\- Son côté "tout-en-un" - Son équipe d'accompagnement - Son ergonomie - Sa capacité d'évolution :-) :-)

Cons

Parfois, difficile de comprendre toutes les interactions comme il y a beaucoup d'aspects traités en parallèle. L'affichage est parfois problématique (contraste peu élevé, survol qui ne fonctionne pas toujours).

Bel outil très puissant avec de nombreuses applications, un accompagnement personnalisé et un beau rapport qualité prix !

Pros

Furious est un super outil tout en un avec beaucoup de possibilités. J'aime le fait que les possibilités soient toutes incluses dans le tarif sans avoir à prendre 20 options pour couvrir tous les besoins.

Cons

J'aurais bien aimé une reprise de données plus facile avec mon ancien ERP, mais j'ai été bien guidé.

I am very happy. The CSM service is great and helps us a lot in setting this up. I am very happy because it solved most of our internal issues.

Pros

Centralizes all criterias and tools we wanted : ERP, CRM, timetracking, project management, cash prevision, tools connection...

Cons

I cannot really find big issues with the tool. The tool is not cheap, but the services are up to the price.

soddisfacente, migrare tutta la gestione su un unica piattaforma è un lavoro complesso ma il team di furious è presente e sempre disponibile, ora abbiamo ottimizzato i costi dei gestinali e abbiamo una visione molto più approfondita dello stato di salute dell'azienda. é molto utile poter personalizzare le dashboard per ogni membro dell'azienda, con corrispettiva mansione.

Pros

La centralizzazione di tutti gli aspetti, con un click si aggiornano diversi pannelli in simultanea e che si collegano a trigger e automazioni personalizzate

Cons

Gli mancano alcune features più pure di gestionali verticali, ma è in continua evoluzione e non escludo che usciranno. La UX è meno friendly di altre piattaforme ma ci si abitua presto
