Produit très simple d'utilisation qui permet de personnaliser et gérer facilement ses signatures et campagnes, plateforme agréable. Gestion des utilisateurs pratiques, synchronisation rapide des signatures appréciable.

Cons

Une fonctionnalité permettant de faire une signature standard et une signature pour les réponses. Pour pouvoir éviter des mails très long, et avoir une version raccourcis quand on répond à un mail.Pouvoir dissocier les signatures et campagnes, dans le volet Outlook pouvoir choisir une signature et une campagne mail à associer.

Boost my mail est devenu un levier incontournable de notre stratégie d'inbound marketing.Nous intégrons désormais Boostmymail dans nos reflexions RSE / Marque employeur / RGPD pour animer notre communication interne

Mise en place simple et rapide Uniformisation des signatures de toute l'entreprisecréation de campagnes facilitée avec intégration de canvaCapacité de créer plusieurs campagnes en même temps et leur planification fonctionnalité campagnes internes est un moyen supplémentaire de communication interne très apprécié

Cons

manque d'accompagnement dans l'adoption de l'outil en interneLa capacité d'analyse des clics sur les bannières notamment exclure les utilisateurs internes L'absence d'autonomie lors de la création de modèles et son déploiement sur les boites génériques.

Ravi de savoir que notre outil a intégré votre stratégie marketing, merci Marie ! L'amélioration des statistiques est un vrai sujet et fait l'objet d'un ensemble d'évolutions à venir. Nous prévoyons une livraison en production pour le T2 2023. La partie visible sera une reprise complète du menu Statistiques. Pour la création de modèles, nous avons lancé la fonctionnalité "Builder" en Beta début 2023 qui vous permet de créer votre propre modèle de signature en toute autonomie. Vous pouvez contacter le service client pour que ce soit activé sur votre compte dès à présent, sinon elle sera activée automatiquement et progressivement sur notre parc client.
