Will be using more often. One critical suggestion. Online exams can lead to a lot of anxiety. Help desk resources need to be equipped more efficiently and Timelines a are of extreme importance. Pros The technical support team (Dnyaneshwar) is very supportive, Dnyaneshwar is always on his toes and doing a commendable job by supporting us with all kinds of queries. Admin access is also easy to use. Cons We get lots of complaints that candidates are facing some technical issues. Sometimes even after assigning a few people did not receive it.
