It has so many features so you can use this only one for everything in your rental business. Pros As a landlord for the past two years, I was fortunate enough to discover this software early on in my journey. It has been a tremendous help in my efforts to become a more professional landlord. With its assistance, I have saved a great deal of time and avoided the need to figure things out on my own. Cons I think since it's an early-stage company, the company is trying to add more features to the software but I think the user experience of some features can be better. I used to use tools that track bank account and “automatically” categorizes expenses. It sounds good at first, but I ended up having to digitize and save receipts myself. PortfolioBay’s mobile receipt scanner lets me to archive a receipt quickly, saving me a lot time and I can go back and search everything. Cons Built-in tool like property finder and deal calculator are not accessible when you are logged in. Pros The finance tool makes it really easy to keep a record of all the expenses in different categories. You can also refer back to previous years to get insight into the year-over-year financial status. When combined with the online payment feature, tracking income is completely automated.
