Overall Blinq has been a game changer for me, especially when I run out of cards. The free version has plenty of tools to make this tool a no brainer for small business owners.

Pros

I love that I can access my Blinq account from all of my devices. I use it on my person and work phones as well as reviewing my contact on my desktop via the website.

Cons

I would like to see more fields within the contacts section of the website and app. It feels like an incomplete CRM. I would also like to see more/easier integrations with things like HubSpot.

Overall, Blinq has been a really positive addition to the way I connect with people. It’s simple, user-friendly, and it keeps me more organized with my networking. I can see a lot of potential for how it could grow with my business, and with a few small improvements, I think it could be a must-have tool for any professional.

Pros

Blinq has honestly made networking so much easier for me. Sharing my digital business card takes seconds, and I don’t have to worry about running out of paper cards or keeping them on me. What I really love is that it keeps track of when and where I connected with someone. That little detail helps me remember the context of our conversation and makes follow-ups way more natural.

Cons

The only downside I’ve run into is when the other person doesn’t have Blinq. In those cases, it feels a bit one-sided and usually pushes me back to LinkedIn, which takes away from the smoothness of the experience. Another thing I wish Blinq offered is a trial for business owners. I’d love to test out how it could integrate with my CRM and see what it would look like rolled out across my team, but without a 3- 6 month trial, it’s hard to fully explore that.

Pros

I love that i get two free digital business cards with the app. The interface is easy to use when creating your custom card.

Cons

I can’t think of any bad things about Blinq. I love it and so will you. I feel there should be a lifetime subscription price - so that you pay once and done!

### "Weak support and options for change "

Disappointed. Initially excited. Them found Gmail doesn't function with QR is signature and cannot copy my card to edit a copy not my prime version. Got three “thank you for contacting support” but to answer to support request after reading 31 articles, still didn't answer the simple question about how to copy my card so I can keep the b original and edit a copy to see idni prefer it.

Pros

The concept is outstanding. The execution is mediocre. The useful Mew features cost additional. I want a card and copies that I can edit — easy concept. I also want to be able to edit fonts and lines, order of info, and format, but we're stuck with one format and picture logo or QR up top. Insufficient diversity or personality. Not a smart product, a fill-in-the-blank form.

Cons

Customer support and help are late or nonexistent. Repeatedly get empty notes from support directing me to worthless articles I don't need. I don't have a team. I want a second copy of the main card to edit it without losing information on the original.

Blinq has made gathering and staying in touch with my customer base and potential clients as well. I’ll be a subscriber for as long as it’s available.

Pros

I travel for work and I sell products in a high traffic location each time. I can easily hand out 300-400 paper business cards per 10 day event. Blinq allows me to just let my potential customers scan the QR code and most of the time, they fill in their information so I capture their lead info so I can follow up later. I’m usually terrible about gathering lead info cause I trust people will come back. I’m also no webmaster so Blinq’s templates and Graphic Design are great. Click and drag or copy/paste make it easy to customize the digital business card so you can plug in any mink you wish to let your customers know and reach out to you on your socials. This is especially good if you have multi-generational customers. The majority of my customers are both Boomers and Gen-X. A minor amount are Millennials. Each can choose how to reach out based on their own comfortable means. Calling, Texting, email, social messengers. Etc. One couple even watched my Instagram \[sensitive content hidden\] to see where my next show was and showed up at 9:00am the first/10 days and bought a massage chair in my first :45 minutes! They dmsaid, “We watched your IG and here we are!”. Blinq has been a great VALUE FOR THE MONEY. I’ve had no problems with Customer Support.

Cons

Nothing except some people don’t use QR codes yet so that’s not on you guys at all. Some people just don’t embrace tech. Blinq has been nothing but convenient for me.

Pros

I found that the ease of use and the reduction of clutter within my wallet from traditional business cards was most liked. The low cost value for premium and added graphic design and video templates make editing cards a breeze. With upgraded Premium support, why would any company choose another biz card and presentation creator?

Cons

There is nothing not to love from a free business card app that secures your info into a tidy desktop widget for rapid sharing on the go.

It’s a pretty good app. I enjoy using it. I just wish it was a little bit more user-friendly and the interface with Outlook was easier.

Pros

I really enjoy the way the app is presented when I give my phone to someone to take the QR code. It comes up pretty quickly.

Cons

I find it a little bit repetitive when the end user receives my contact information but then has to save it. Download it like two or three times and then how do they get to it unless it was saved to their contacts. The whole process takes a little bit longer than it should when you give a business card you have it done in your pocket when you scan a business card it’s scanned.

Pros

There isn't much not to like about Blinq quite honestly. I don't think I've had a negative experience with the product up to this point and I've been using it for several years.

It's my favourite app now. I love having people scan my Blinq QR code because then I don't have to wonder if they'll go follow my links at some point, and I don't have to ask them to follow my Instagram right away. People are still excited about this technology - Most people don't know about digital business cards. They think it's so cool that I'm getting added to their phone. And they always comment "Wow, you're everywhere!" when they see all the social media and podcast links I've got in my Contact info.

Pros

When I was at Podfest in Orlando 3 years ago, someone had me scan their Blinq QR code and from then on I was hooked. I have my QR code on my iPhone home screen, so that I can have people scan it from there. I've also put the QR code on my business cards. Blinq lets people click to save my contact info to their phone, and I feel like that's better than giving someone my Linktree and hoping they click on each individual link and subscribe. Once I'm in their phone, they can find me any time. Also, I'll show up as a recommended person in their social media feeds. I've Googled to see what the other digital business cards apps are, just in case there's something else I want to try, and all the info says Blinq is the simplest, so I'm sticking with them!

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like. I guess I wish it were a bit simpler for people to know how to save my contact info. I always have to point out that there's a button that saves Save Contact. And then it takes them to my contact info on their phone, and they have to know to click Done at the top right. So I wonder how many people can't figure it out and I wind up not being added to their phone.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the app and having all my info easily scanned to the person who needs my information.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard for others to get my information since they have to put in theirs. Not necessarily complaining as it is a great way for me to save their info as well in case they forget to reach out, but maybe if there was a simple way for them to add just a bit of info to gain mine?

Pros

Appreciate having a digital card that makes it so easy to save my full details in their phone in addition to what I provide physically.

I do wish they had more videos with examples of how to integrate and for ideas but have figured it out for the most part.

I love the fact that when sharing What’s in Your Hiuse Biutique I no longer require use of business cards. When I want to share my info I can send to another person using text, email, airdrop and many other features ! It’s very easy to use , the app makes it easy to locate on my home screen . I was also able to load my actual logo into the setup template. I also like the fact that I’m not limited to just a few options to share my various platforms and it’s also easy to edit .

Cons

I don’t have any dislikes about using my Blinq card . I find it very easy to use and don’t have any feedback currently to improve the app!

I love that when I share my contact information the other person has the option to input their information as well for easy access to go back and save to my phone.
