Well, tabExtend is, and my money invested was and is very well spent. Pros It is a productivity boost. I have to admit, I am a tab addict. Millions of tabs are always open, and I don't want to shut them down. Even though, I know that this killllls my productivity. I was skeptical regarding tabExtend, but it is indeed very useful. I spend so much time working in my browser, and it takes forever to jump back and forth while trying to not lose track of the most important tasks. TabExtend is extending (wow what a creative name^^) the basic functionalities of a tab manager by giving it a better design and UX, plus adding productivity features like task manager/to-do-list. The difference is, that everything is exactly where you need and see it. Cons Although I am really, really, really satisfied, there is always room to improve, right? So, I like the recently published feature making it possible to link to offline files and folders on the computer. It works well, but it is a bit cumbersome. I would like to see a button for file/folder choosing and I would like to get them opened outside of the Browser. That might be difficult, as it is a browser extension, but I guess, nothing is impossible, right? Review Source AM Alberto M. It is not only a bookmark manager, but also a tool for creating quick notes or To Do lists at the same time. Since I attach great importance to a good and clear design, I particularly like TabExtend and prefer it to the standard browser bookmarks. Columns allow you to organize and rename all bookmarks by drag and drop. Cons Actually, I am very satisfied with TabExtend. When restarting the computer and opening the Chrome browser, it sometimes takes a long time until TabExtend is loaded as a browser extension. In addition, I would like to see a hint that you have to log in to your account to enable synchronization. If you don't do that, you save all bookmarks in guest mode. Review Source Joseph K. This developer and team are amazing! Get the tool! Pros I liked that I could easily organize all of the Saas tools and websites that I am using for my business and hobbies. It was super easy to use and to get started. I started saving time almost immediately after installing. You will see the benefits right away and will be asking yourself, "where was this tool all my life?" - I kid you not! Cons There isn't anything that I dislike about the software at the moment. November 3, 2021 5.0 Tabextends helps me whenever I start the day to get right back on track. I organize my to-dos here that need webapps such as Gmail, my webshop and other online business related tools and open them with one click into my tabs. Ever since I installed this tool I could concentrate more on tasks without wandering too much around with my thoughts of what to do next. Since most my bookmarks also are my to-do list the kanban really helps make my bookmarks actionable. It is very sensible and compact, if necessary. I can access everything I need with ease and speed. Cons Sometimes a favicon does not work for a website. This makes it appear blank in TabExtend. In daily use, it shines. You can save tabs for paused work in a handy and simple way. I would love a password manager integrated with it. It would perfectly fit my use case. Pros I simply love it. It's so easy to use and has a clean UI It brings peace to my messy life and workflow. They are also improving it so fast! Cons The UX is not always intuitive. I don't like that they remove the "open in a new tab" feature. Long-named tabs aren't easy to name. The tool has increased my organization and productivity significantly. Pros I love that I now can easily save, organize and systemize all the 100s of tabs I use every week. Instead of keeping tabs open, I now keep them in Tabextend and can easily open one or more whenever I need them. Cons I'd like to see a more of a stacking solution of the tab groups, so I can have more groups in just one window without scrolling.
