Overall, really happy using this product as it is quite a value addition.

Pros

HRMates team is very efficient and effective in implementing company specific policies in software so that whatever is required is very effectively achieved. They are very prompt in replying to our queries and resolving small issues within least possible time. Software has very few failure incidents which was quickly taken care when highlighted to the team.

Cons

Planning through excel is very comfortable which is very difficult to achieve through HRMates. But ultimately since all timesheets is being filled by employees on daily basis, we have to first plan project in Excel and then accordingly allocate resources in HRMates.

My overall experience is quiet good , I am happy to use this app. all the information is employee profile information are available, salary break up, attendance, leave, travel, .

Pros

Its very easy to use, all information of the employee is mentioned in the profile, attendance marking, show the leave balance of the employees.

Cons

Some times not track the attendance, not captured the exact location.
