### "Lifetime License not honored, Cold Storage Very Slow"

I bought a lifetime license, and figured cold storage into my safety net. After a few years G-Cloud contacted me saying they are no longer honoring the lifetime license…My lifetime account that I paid for will now cost $252/year.

Pros

Note: my review comments below are related to their Zoolz Product. I had to trim a lot of the details from my review to make it fit.

Cons

Zoolz’s cold storage is not a good option for regular backup. It is far too slow to be worthwhile as a Backup. I tried to restore a small Word file that was saved that week and it took more than a day to retrieve. I cannot imagine how long it would take to do a full recovery of 10,000s of files.

Reason for choosing G Cloud

I thought Cold Storage would be an affordable way to have redundancy backups on line--- I was wrong. They stopped honoring the Lifetime Service I paid for.

8 out of 10 there should be a function to delete your current pictures once backed up like it used to have! I am missing that feature now!

Pros

I have used this for 3 plus years it's totally worth what I pay! Even though its had glitches in the past its been fixed speedily by the g cloud team!

Cons

Sometimes migrating to a new device is slow and often comes up with errors but when everything is in place it works perfectly

It helps keep track of my documents as well as important pictures that I use every day at my business and at home but mostly for my business My overall experience with this has just been very satisfactory and I've been very very pleased with this and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody especially if you're running a business because it'll keep track your back if you have to lose an important document or pictures you can always go to cloud and retrieve it because it's there and it's so easy to set up the scheduling world of download it back up everything on its own.

Pros

The features that have been so impactful in this software has been the encryption the backup and the scheduling I would recommend it to anybody and everybody who either runs a business or runs their daily lives at home to me it's a 5 to 10 star rating

Cons

The least thing I like about it is every once in awhile it can run a little slow.

Reason for choosing G Cloud

We tried this one after a couple of other "cloud" services that just didn't seem to do all that they said they could or wouldn't work right. After like 3 other ones I suggested we try this one because of the reviews posted on it. We never tried another one and I've even got a personal cloud for my daughter and me. I'm terribly destructive on phones lol and I've gone through 9 of them since I started using my cloud years ago. I haven't lost a single picture video text message call or anything!! You can ask me to show you a video of my daughter's kindergarten graduation and in a couple of mins I can pull it right down from my cloud and we can watch it! She's gonna graduate from highschool in 1 more year lol. Now how much more convincing does anyone need than that! I absolutely love my cloud! It's truly saved all my personal memories and out my mind at ease about work. I can't be more thankful 💞💞💞

G Cloud has just been an amazing feature to have available. I really cannot speak highly enough about this app. If I need to keep up with something, even on the internet as I'm looking, I can simply take a screenshot and I know I'll be able to find it later.

Pros

I like the ability to schedule my backups automatically taking one thing off of my plate. The ease of setting it up is extremely simple and takes the guesswork out of it which is a very nice feature.

Cons

I wish I could have it more easily organized with my different business Gmail accounts and that when I purchased the product it could encompass all of my Gmail accounts under the same price and same reoccurring fee That's the one thing I would change if I had a choice.

The ability to remove unwanted or old unneeded files on my device.

Pros

Easy to use very simple and shirt no second guessing of any part of the app. How you can transfer with ease the important things from your old phone to the new device that you upgrade to or purchase. The price is right and affordable for all budgets.

Cons

No real issues have I ran into using this app for any reason.

Reason for choosing G Cloud

I really enjoyed the app after the first two weeks of using it so there was no need for any other product.
