The launch of campaigns and greater visibility is helped as more organic growth has begun to see a steady step up monthly.

Pros

The dashboard is functioning very well. You can clearly see how many new followers you gain on a daily basis. It also shows you how many people have viewed your profile and 24-hour interactions. Overall, it is very easy to determine trends thanks to the reports and dashboard on the app. There’s one thing I like. It is especially effective for maintaining audience growth between larger pushes. It’s especially useful.

Cons

It would be great to have more detailed breakdowns for analytics purposes, but the overview metrics are useful.

Our overall experience with Path Social has been very positive. They acted as a strategic partner rather than just a service provider. They helped bridge the gap between our physical branch and digital presence. If you are in the financial sector and need a compliant, professional growth partner, Path Social is a solid choice.

Pros

At the branch level, our main goal was to establish a digital connection with local customers. The Path Social team has been great at helping us target audiences in our specific geographic area. Their professionalism and responsiveness are of the highest quality. They have executed marketing perfectly in accordance with our brand guidelines, which is very important for the banking sector.

Cons

It would be better if the reporting dashboard was a little simpler so that branch employees can understand the data quickly. In addition, in some cases, organic growth takes some time to stabilize

As a Senior Director, I look for partners who maintain transparency. Path Social is transparent in their work and coordinates well with our internal team. It is a reliable service that provides good support in marketing execution and strategy.

Pros

As part of Third Door Media's marketing services, we focus on organic audience growth. The team at Path Social is very professional and their expertise is commendable. We were particularly impressed by their responsiveness; they responded quickly to any technical or strategic issues. Their audience filtering mechanism helped us target the right demographic for our clients.

Cons

Although their service quality is good, there are some limitations in terms of advanced customization. Some of the features in the system administration would have been beneficial for an agency like us if they were more flexible. Also, while the cost-to-value ratio is good, it can seem a bit expensive for startups.

Our experience with Path Social has been quite positive. They have helped us a lot in our marketing execution. If someone wants long-term and real engagement, then their service can be tried.

Pros

The most positive aspect of Path Social is their Responsiveness and Communication. They provide regular updates and try to work in harmony with our target audience. Their team is very professional and skilled in understanding marketing strategies. They have played a very effective role in increasing our profile engagement.

Cons

Sometimes organic growth can seem a bit slower than expected. While execution ability is good, there is scope for deeper research in certain niches. Also, the dashboard analytics could be better if they were more detailed.

Path Social assisted in tackling the monotonous task of Instagram growth: discovering and reaching niche-relevant audiences. Before we used it, our team spent a lot of time manually researching accounts and engagement opportunities for client programs. We were able to structure our discovery more with Path Social’s targeting options. This made the work less of a chore, allowing us to put more efforts into content planning, campaign coordination, and consistency across client accounts.

Pros

One of the most valued features is targeting controls. The option to grow around certain topics (hashtags) and followers of similar / competitor accounts made it easy to attract followers that matched the audience and not random followers. Applying your lessons from one campaign to another with a Facebook ad copywriting template will be extremely beneficial.

Cons

The reporting or analytics view update could be slow Sometimes, reporting in the dashboard is delayed (up to one day) which is inconvenient when you need same-day reporting or want to check performance quickly.

We settled on Path Social because its services more closely matched our primary goal of audience discovery and targeted Instagram follower growth. While we found Zoho Social to be particularly strong for social management and publishing/reporting, we leaned towards Path Social for its more Instagram focused targeting capabilities (e.g. niche/hashtag and similar-account audience targeting) as they aligned more closely with our growth objectives and saved us time on manual research.

Path Social offers a nice solution to marketing teams that want to increase their organic reach on Instagram. Technologically the platform is quite simple from IT and system perspective. It is a separate service that our marketing department uses with very little direct interaction from my side. Experience is pretty hands-off, which is also a huge plus. Its value is subject to the marketing team’s objectives, since it does not directly tie into our core technically-driven infrastructure.

Pros

Minimal IT Overhead: This is by far the most beneficial factor. Path Social is cloud based we don't have to install anything on our machine, or do any type of server configuration, network acrobatics etc. It adds no new clients to manage, no patches to deploy. Low Security Footprint: We only need lightweight social media credentials (or secure 3rd party auth), so the platform is not a significant new attack surface. And it is certainly preferable to tools that need a high level of API access or (heaven forbid) database reads. Zero Pull on Internal Resources: Path Social manages the platform in its entirety. This means that we aren't using up any internal processing of CPU, disk or bandwidth and my team isn't being required to diagnose their service - their own support folks can do this directly for our marketing department. Value Proposition: We spoke to our marketing team to establish that the service does exactly as promised by making an organic and targeted increase in followers. The "no bots" promise is consistent with our company's policy of seeing us not being associated with artificial engagement which can be damaging to the reputation of brands.

Cons

Restricted API and Integration: On a systems level, this looks like it is going to be a walled garden product. We don't have an easy way to pull advanced analytics or growth metrics into our internal dashboards, CRM, or business intelligence tools. Disconnection of this kind is a serious liability for any data-driven enterprise. Dependence and No Direct Control: We fully depend on Path Social being available and its performance. All down time and issues on their end are beyond our control, we can’t have our internal IT team address them. So now a particular marketing capability has become a point of failure. Black Box Algorithm and Targeting: The marketing team would specify target parameters, but the "AI-powered" algorithm behind that remains a mystery. I'm a systems guy; I'm naturally suspicious of things I can't audit or don't understand. It’s hard to fact-check the precise techniques employed to gain followers. Possibility of Credential Management Lifecycle Complexity: Although secure from a practical perspective, any service that is tied to social media credentials adds complexity to our access management and offboarding processes. And it’s one more place where credentials exist independent of our control, though that’s not much different from most social media tools.

I only wanted to reach 70 thousand followers, I needed about 150 to do so and from one moment to the next all the new followers were private accounts, none of them were native and no one seemed interested in my topic. So we saw that they were all fake, bots or spam. Now we are in the task of deleting all those followers, apart from that when you ask to cancel, you cannot close your account yourself.

Pros

The truth is there is nothing to highlight about that application, everything is false

Cons

They give you only 7 days to return the money, and they tell you that the growth of your account takes at least two months, which goes against the return time.

Totally Useless Service and Customer Service is next level worst because from last 2 months scenes i contacted and tell me to solve my issue but every time they just tell me like team working on my issue but common man can understand any technical or any issue not take 2 months upper then i bought yearly subscription so in-short they just waste my time and make me frustrate and for refund they have only 7 days refund policy which also not possible time to test the platform.

I have an extremely bad experience with the tool. I bought a yearly plan and had to cancel within 2 weeks as they only provide fake Instagram followers and their support team doesn't even reply even when they do they just stall you so that you keep paying for the subscription.

Pros

There is absolutely no Pros to this useless tool. Just a waste of money.

Cons

The Tool does false advertising. It does nothing to what they say it do It gives you fake and bot followers only
