They didn't acknowledge the shortcomings of their software and wouldn't give refund. Pros It looks good - but doesn't work. The trial sub looked like it was going to work for me but didn't work at all. Cons I used CloneMotion to create custom trainer exercise videos. The videos that were generated didn't even perform the correct exercises. I tried to appeal to customer service because I had $400 Legend subscription with Priority customer support. For context: CloneMotion is an AI-assisted clip generator that performs best on common, well-defined fitness exercises. It can struggle with more niche, highly constrained scenarios (like your airplane-seat / chair-based mobility movements), where subtle motion + tight space makes correctness harder. We provided detailed setup guidance, troubleshooting, and a one-time quota reset so you could keep testing. Refunds aren’t available. AI video generation requires significant compute resources, and this policy is clearly stated during signup/checkout and in our Terms: https://hyperhuman.cc/legal-teams We’re continuously improving CloneMotion and expanding supported movements. The fact that we can save SO MUCH TIME with the services provided is heaven-sent. We love the price point and have customized videos and a huge library of moves on top of HyperHuman's exercise library. There are options for using your own voice on the workout videos or choosing one from the provided list. We have communicated with the HYPERHUMAN customer service team without a hitch. I highly recommend you join the HYPERHUMAN TEAM to save time and money and improve your workflow. Cons I've been with them since their early years, so I've seen everything that has been fixed, removed, or replaced. I wish they were in the USA with a studio because I would love to shoot with them. Pros I love that I can upload my current content and create new content from the looped videos. The possibilities are endless in this respect. Cons I do not like the limited ability to control sound and prompts- the auto voice, the beeps between sets, etc, and the music requires a separate license. I end up downloading mine and running them through iMovie so I can use my royalty free music as a playlist, which creates an extra step. I realised after 3 months I was paying, I contacted the support and they did not want to know about refund. As I said I did use the platform for 12 hours Pros Easy to upload videos in bulk, without having to do it one by one Cons The very limited amount of possibilities without having to pay a ridiculous amount of money. Just to clarify: our pricing is fully transparent and upgrades occur only via a clear two-step checkout securely processed by Wix (plan and price shown before confirmation). Billing and cancellations are also handled in your Wix dashboard. We did register real usage right after install (uploads and workouts), which is why refunds weren’t applied under the terms agreed at checkout. Like I said, NO CONTEST! Pros I love how it quickly allows me to create video workouts for my clients. Before HH, I was spending hours creating ONE workout and now create roughly ten in an hour. No contest! I also love how it allows me to be featured in the top trainer/workout category. It means more new clients and more exposure online. I didn't understand the full capability of the app and oversimplified its purpose/ability until I spent a little more time in it. Other than being able to accept client payment through the app, it's basically an online fitness business app in a box. I love the metrics feature - both for professional development and b/c the highest performing videos automatically get featured on their website/in the Club app's homepage, so it's an awesome promotional opportunity! Pros Hyperhuman Studio (the pro's app) makes it SUPER simple to begin offering online training or related services (nutrition, physical therapy, yoga, etc.) with zero technical knowledge, and even with no client base if you're just getting started! I love that the AI automatically breaks up my workout videos into individual exercises so the exercises can be reused in other personalized workouts. The audio guidance voiceover feature is cool, so pros can keep that personal touch even with reusable content. I love that it's free (for a certain number of workouts/clients) so there's nothing to lose trying it out. The Hyperhuman team invites pros to offer feedback, and they truly listen to the feedback & implement their users' feature requests. It's obvious they care about what they do. Cons It was confusing at first that there are two different apps - Studio for the pros, Club for the clients. When I first started with it during their beta phase, I encountered a minor bug, but it was very quickly resolved after I reported it. They're now out of beta and looks like they do frequent updates with new features and fixes, so this shouldn't be an issue for most users. Pros who have a lot of clients will need the paid version, but the ROI is more than worth it. Reasons for choosing Hyperhuman There's nothing else I'm aware of that does quite what Hyperhuman does. I guess the alternative for many pros would be manual video production & uploading to Youtube/social media.
