Der Support ist hilfreich und reagiert meist schnell. Verbesserungsfähig sind vor allem einzelne UX-Themen und die Flexibilität bei Auswertungen/Anpassungen. Pros Für uns ist der größte Mehrwert die Zeitersparnis: weniger manuelle Schritte, bessere Übersicht über Teilnehmende und Termine und eine konsistente Abwicklung. Gerade bei mehreren parallelen Veranstaltungen ist die zentrale Steuerung ein echter Vorteil. Cons An einigen Stellen ist die Bedienlogik nicht sofort selbsterklärend und man muss sich einarbeiten.
