I opted for Revenue, and it has been an amazing ride. Pros \- Revnue Contract Management Platform has made it simple for me to manage my contracts and access the data I require. I no longer use spreadsheets to manage my buy or vend side contracts, means, guests, and suppliers; I use Revnue instead!- Revnue has given me the ability to influence my contract data, perception, and analytics to make better decisions and strategic planning.- I can now create contracts, collaborate with other users, place comments, review, redline, build clause libraries, and track version history thanks to the presignature feature, which has helped me achieve a more streamlined contract authoring experience. Cons Revnue is an amazing contract management platform with fantastic tools. The only con I observed was that it's hosted on the cloud and cannot be installed on the environment yet. It used to be hard to find and keep track of contracts. Revnue has a central contract repository that makes it easy for us to find everything we need in just a few minutes. Pros The user interface is quite simple to use. With just a few hours of training, our team could be up and running in no time. The nicest part for us was that we were able to upload all of our past contracts in just one day and get started right away. We had no idea transition could be that simple. Their AI engine is extremely quick and accurate, picking up contract data from thousands of pdfs and scanned photos. If we were doing this manually, it would have been difficult to collect such information. We don't have a specialized contract management team that could spend hours uploading and digitizing contracts, thus this was a huge bonus for us. Our team could get started within a few hours of training. What worked best for us was that we could upload all our previous contracts in just a day’s work and get started quickly. It would have been difficult for us to capture such details if we were doing this manually. Reasons for Choosing Revnue – Great SaaS tool for teams who want to get started quickly. Pros Overall – My workload reduced a lot. The interface is good, and what I liked best was that I could customize the dashboard. Earlier creating reports on contract status on Excel took a lot my time. Now, I simply use Revnue’s dashboard and present in our monthly meetings. Cons Contract management and tracking contract status has become very easy. Onboarding was quick and we could literally use it with zero training. Also, they recently introduced the eSignature feature which is very beneficial for us as most of our vendors are spread across locations.
